24th May 2026 (25 days ago)We viewed a property on December 30 2025 and made an offer the same day. Although the office was closed , the manager rang me from home and we started the process.. Through out the whole journey Marian from the Stockton office was absolutely amazing. She kept in constant touch and nothing was too much trouble for her. She went over and beyond to help us. We shall never forget her professionalism and kind nature.
5th Jun 2026 (13 days ago)From the very beginning Roseberry Newhouse were excellent, prompt communication, excellent pictures/video of the house, good valuation and honest advice. Our house sold in less than a week !
3rd Jul 2025 (11 mo. ago)Since this company has been taken over in 2024 it has lost its professionalism and customer service. The previous team of Brian & Neil were excellent but now the staff won't return calls or emails and still owe me £150 since last Dec which they promised to pay but never have. Very poor.

3rd Oct 2024 (1 year ago)We knew we were selling at a lower price but they found a buyer quickly and knowing there were no estate agency fees or solicitors fees brought the price closer to what we had hoped for.

He knows the local market very well and his social media presence is strong which adds value to his ability to get viewings and ultimately sales.
