Sold a house with them. They were recommended to me and I'm happy to recommend them in turn. Extremely good communications, mostly through WhatsApp, worked hard on my behalf and minimised the pain of a very long (though not their fault) process. Not the very cheapest but reasonably competitively priced and good value for the high standard of service. Two very little things to watch out for, though things might have changed since then: firstly, they don't advertise properties on Zoopla. They did give a reasonable explanation why not and it very likely didn't make a difference, but I'd still feel happier if they did; secondly, they charge different rates depending on whether you want them to conduct viewings or not, and don't tell you this unless you ask. These are both very very small things and shouldn't stop you from using them; recommended.... Read more
