I cannot praise Sharman Quinney enough. We worked with Lauren Jones, who helped us sell our house extremely quickly after we had found a house we loved. Unfortunately, we missed out on the original property but Lauren and the team went door knocking locally to find us an alternative property that we loved even more that we have had our offer accepted on, all in the space of around 2 weeks! Communication with Lauren and the team is excellent, no matter who you speak to on the phone everyone has knowledge of where you’re at in the process and they couldn’t have been more helpful.
