I felt there was too much pressure being put on us to drop our asking price after only a few weeks in.

30th Dec 2025 (12 weeks ago)My experience with Gadsby Nichols during my recent sale was extremely positive. Communication between me and the buyer was handled by Liz and Trish. They helped move the process along and kept me informed of any progress. When I was let down by a removal firm at the last minute, they stepped in quickly and were able to recommend a reliable alternative. The team were supportive without being overbearing, which helped make the whole thing far less stressful, particularly as I was in the middle of a chain. Any questions or issues were dealt with promptly, and the team were knowledgeable and professional. I would be happy to recommend them to others.
15th Jan 2026 (9 weeks ago)The property I was jointly selling finally completed today! A huge relief and a huge thank you too to Heather and her colleagues at Bagshaws Estate Agents. I am not from the area but have bought and sold many properties over the years with varying success. Bagshaws I can confidently say are one of the best estate agencies I have dealt with. Extremely professional, helpful and nothing too much trouble. I would certainly recommend to anyone in this area of Staffordshire. Thank you again.

Their eagerness to sell our property, attitude and communication were top notch - and a special mention to Bethany. Extremely happy with the service we’ve received.

We would highly recommend using them, excellent service with a warm and friendly approach- while being totally professional.

17th Mar 2026 (4 days ago)After a disappointing start with no communication and the fact we wanted to move to another estate agent, we agreed to start again and have new photos taken and increase the visibility of the property. This resulted in more viewings however we did have to reduce the price of the property from what it was originally priced. It did attract more viewings but I felt we had to prompt the agents to get more done. They did eventually do everything that was required and sometimes we beyond what we expected.
