What is there to say?
We have just exchanged contracts and will complete next week. It's taken 18 weeks from viewing due to various bottlenecks along the way.
The dealings we had with Grace were Efficient, and when both legal teams seemed to be putting "trivial" issues with the land registry on the back burner, she was able to somehow get it sorted.

They ensured the sale ran smoothly from start to finish, kept me informed of any progress and worked incredibly hard on my behalf. The entire team were a pleasure to work with but I have to give special thanks to Grace who regularly contacted me, dealt with any issues and kept me calm when I lost the house I was buying just 2 weeks before completion ! Bagshaws found a buyer in January/ Februaryof 2020 and a sale was agreed later and then lock down was imposed on us.
However, since the relaxing of lock down Bagshaws informed me on 16/05/20 that the buyer had withdrawn from the sale.
Initially I was not that happy with the photos used online and asked them to redo some.
Several members of office staff not exactly respectful; rather patronising when on the phone.
Also sometimes the viewings relayed were incorrect times.
