From the moment I booked my viewing, his communication was excellent; friendly, clear, and prompt. Throughout the process, he answered every one of my many questions with patience and detail, no matter how small they seemed. His knowledge of the property was spot on, and his timely updates meant I was never left wondering what was happening next. Even though he didn’t have to, he stepped in and helped us through our buying process while we were selling our property with another estate agent. His guidance, patience, and generosity with his time made such a difference for us. He made what could have been a very stressful experience feel far more manageable and reassuring.

They listen to what you ask for, they give accurate valuations of your property, and they take great care and attention over how they market your property. David has now become a trusted advisor and we will go back to TPP if we were to ever sell again. Have recommended them to many friends and family.

They have a fantastic team with a refreshingly positive approach to everything and certainly know how to sell a property, delivering clear concise sales messages supported by top quality videos and brochures, Other team members proactively monitor and support getting the sale through to exchange, something few agents do well. Based on my own recent experience therefore I would definitely recommended Hawksman.

He gave us a fair valuation and we liked the firms approach to viewings and the full sales process from offer to completion. Connor has been true to his word with regular updates of viewings and regular updates of movements in the chain now that we have now agreed a sale and ongoing purchase..png)
