They somehow manage to be human, friendly and highly professional all at once! Their advice is thoughtful and measured, and has been invaluable to me over the last ten years of them managing one of my rental properties. They respond quickly, are highly knowledgeable and never let anything drop. They are so close tuned in to the local market that they are really the only agent to use in this area

Being new to the country, I was unfamiliar with the rules and requirements for securing accommodation, but Lilly from Foxtons Guildford was an absolute lifesaver. She went above and beyond her job description—she actually met me at the train station and drove me to several different viewings, which was incredibly helpful as I was still finding my way around. She took the time to understand exactly what I was looking for and found the perfect home for me. As English is not my first language, I was worried about the complicated paperwork, but Lilly was so patient. She explained everything in very simple, clear terms so I felt confident in every decision. Even after the deal was closed with the landlord, she has stayed in touch to make sure I am settled. 2nd May 2026 (4 days ago)The Knights Property Services team have been amazing start to finish throughout the process of buying our property, and we’d highly recommend them. Joel was great at the start and really helped us kick things off to the point of buying the property. We were then handed over to Andy, who supported us the rest of the way. He was super helpful and always there to answer our questions or chase things up for us. Communication throughout was great and we were kept up to date on progress, and we always felt in safe hands. The only thing we would have improved was the length of the initial viewing, as we only had 15 minutes.

Nicola was incredibly helpful at the start of the process, guiding me through everything clearly and making what can be a stressful situation feel much more manageable. Michele was also excellent throughout, especially as things progressed. She was proactive, responsive, and always willing to help resolve any issues quickly and efficiently. Moving can be stressful, but both Nicola and Michele made the whole experience much smoother through their communication, professionalism, and support. I’d definitely recommend Bridges Lettings to anyone looking for a reliable and helpful letting agent.
