24th Sep 2026 (5 weeks ago)We had a fantastic experience with Seymours in West Byfleet during our house search, and in particular with Louis Ridge- Mullen who showed us around a number of properties in the area.<br>Louis has excellent knowledge of the local area and clearly has great relationships with sellers. He took the time to understand our needs, preferences and dislikes very quickly, which made a real difference to our search. Rather than having to endlessly scroll through Zoopla, Louis was able to proactively send us properties that he knew would genuinely interest us, making the whole process much more efficient and enjoyable.<br>He was always personable, professional and incredibly helpful. On a couple of occasions we ran late for appointments, and Louis was very understanding and accommodating. He also always asked after our daughter, which was a lovely personal touch and made the experience feel much more genuine and welcoming.<br>We really appreciated Louis's approach throughout what can otherwise be quite a stressful process. If we ever need to look for another property, we know exactly where we’ll be going and who we’ll be asking for.<br>Highly recommended.

Suits don't indicate professionalism.<br><br>Previous review.<br><br>They are professional and well mannered, however, please be vary if you are the buyer and not the seller. MF & Co inflate prices like no other estate agency and they will sell you a lemon with full knowledge of what they are doing.<br><br>Looking for a morally sound estate agency is near impossible, but MF & Co is easily the worst I've encountered so far.

She was really patient with us, took the time to understand exactly what we were looking for, and suggested some additional local properties alongside our preferred one. 19th Oct 2026 (13 days ago)Sam Jones property manager totally mishandled my situation. On multiple occasions he purposely withheld information to keep tenants liable for ridiculous charges. Absolutely appalling service and borderline illegal practices. My experience with Sam and leaders has put a sour taste in my mouth and has left a giant problem to solve with no support from the body that was supposed to be looking after the situation. At the outset, we had great confidence in Justin hence we appointed Curchods over 3 other agents. Mark went over and above in handling and keeping us fully informed of what ended up being a very long drawn out sales process. We have recommended Curchods to friends and neighbours and would not hesitate to use your services again.

Selling a property is a complex process involving managing and translating those conversations between the seller, the buyer and solicitors. The estate agent plays a vital part of this negotiation and people management to help things go smoothly. I would much prefer to use a bricks and mortar agent over an online model to help take the sales management off the seller's hands. Kat Mroz was my negotiator and proved to be a total expert and pleasure to work with during this process - always calm, patient, professional and adept at keeping things moving throughout any unplanned challenges, which can sometimes occur. A huge thanks to her, as well as to Charlie and all the team!

24th Sep 2026 (5 weeks ago)I worked with Seymour’s over a period to help progress a clients house purchase.<br><br>There were a few challenges with the purchase and we were so grateful for Clare’s support.<br><br>Clare has taken the time to check back in at several points since the sale completed and has helped provide valuable guidance on a few ongoing challenges with the property and the property market in general.<br><br>Should a client be needing to rent or buy in the area again, I’ll be back in touch with Clare and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend her and Seymours.
6th Oct 2026 (26 days ago)Chloe was great, communication was spot on, any issues were quickly resolved. Whole experience was easy and slick. Thanks to the team at romans. Once the property was rented, the service dropped below par. The exit interview was arranged by romans, yet I had to contact the landlord to agree what was closed off. No help from romans at all with any of the issues experienced in the property.
