18th Sep 2024 (27 days ago)Told it'd be a fair viewing system and everyone would get a chance to view it before a decision, so don't worry about making an early viewing and late week one would be fine, to then be told one of the first viewers have been accepted. Pretty disgusting service, if the landlord can decide to take the first viewers then why lie to people about a "fair system".
5th Jul 2024 (15 weeks ago)I'm writing this review as a fellow estate agent. I've recently had Rural Scene in a chain with myself and Richard was absolutely fantastic. He is extremely proactive and provided us with updates weekly so that our chain moved forward smoothly and we have just today exchanged contracts. If anyone is looking for a rural estate agent then I would highly recommend Rural Scene. As an agent myself the good ones stand out and Richard is brilliant.

3rd Sep 2024 (6 weeks ago)Consummate Professionals with that human touch: Leanne and her team at Savills in Cranbrook were alongside us all the way in the sale of our house, offering personalised, calm and knowledgeable advice (& never pushy in their approach). We found everyone involved to be fantastic from start to finish, from Russell, Chloe, Katya (viewings were seamless) and Sarah who regularly picked up the baton. Leanne in particular, went above and beyond in seamlessly coordinating it all and our exchange process, always sensitive to our personal circumstances and timelines. We fully recommend them and would use them again. Thank you all!

I recently purchased a property via this agent and they were exceptional from start to end, in particular Jon and Neil.
