Update - 2 years on: My landlord recently asked me to move out so he could move back into the property, which is completely understandable. Belvoir have been fantastic throughout the whole process, helping me find somewhere new, arranging viewings (including ones for properties I ended up turning down), and staying communicative and supportive the whole way through. Even two years later, the team are still friendly, helpful, and easy to deal with. Still highly recommend.<br><br>Had a viewing with Simon from Belvoir back in October, Friendly gentleman who gave me all the information I needed, Turn around on offer to acceptance was very quick, Moved in within a few weeks. Communication has been consistent and prompt. Staff at Belvoir office were friendly and polite. Any work needed doing or mentioned has been addressed very quickly, Great property agent to go with!
