I am the executor of a will for a very dear friend whose property is on the market with Strada. I made a special journey into their office to explain my situation & left my name & number with a brief note asking to be kept in the loop regarding progress of the sale. I did this on July 31, 3 weeks have now passed & nobody has had the decency to contact me. I know my message was received as someone telephoned my friend's daughter the very same day. I consider their lack of response to be discurteous & unprofessional. Potential customers of Strada may want to bear this lack of communication in mind!... Read more
