We need more stars, this estate agent sold our property in just under three weeks without any fuss, they provided brilliant pictures and a fab walk round tour, they were available every time we needed a question answering and nothing was too much trouble, they went above and beyond and would highly recommend them to sell your house.

Absolutely first class customer service by Sharon and Jamie from the beginning. The sale and purchase of my new house was unduly complicated by the solicitors further down the chain but Sharon`s patience and professional approach held the process together to accomplish completion. We are in our lovely new home because of Sharon and Jamie. They sold our house. Their marketing was excellent - great pictures and write up. There was immediate interest and they were straight away on the case. Communication was great with us throughout. We had an offer very quickly. There were some problems at various times in the selling process and Sharon went above and beyond to make it happen. She was incredibly patient, dedicated, kind and helpful. Amazing service from start to finish! I wouldn’t use any other estate agent. The service you receive is second to none. Sharon and Jamie are professional and friendly. Nothing is too much trouble (even when the pesky solicitors are being a pain!)
I feel I can really trust Strada to get the job done properly and to a high standard. I received great advice when I came to marketing my property.
My property was well presented on the market with decent photography. Strada generated lots of viewings and interest which lead to my property going to last and final bids. My house sold over asking price! I couldn’t have done it without them!
The communication you receive is fantastic. When there was a hold up with the sale, Sharon was constantly on the ball going backwards and forwards in between solicitors to chase and updating both me and my buyer.

I honestly could not recommend these guys enough if I tried. From start to finish Sharon and Jamie's advice and guidance without a doubt made our selling and buying experience a dream. Our house was sold within a matter of hours over asking price.(Even thou another company didn't even get us any viewings at all) and when it came to buying our other house Sharon was brilliant with keeping us up to date with all the process and got us through some very stressful times with her great sense of humor. We could not have got through it all without her and Jamie and would definitely choose them again if we ever needed to.

Strada Estate Agents have honestly made moving home a dream! From start to finish Sharon and Jamie's communication was excellent and we were in the loop every step of the way. Well what can i say about Strada estate agents other than they are amazing. We have just completed on our property after 3 people messing us about and finally the 4th buyer competing yesterday. Throughout sharon has remained positive and kept us believing the right people would come along. We can't forget Jamie working hard in the background they are an amazing team. Strada have sold 2 houses for us and we bought our current house through them so my comments are based on experience and not just a one off purchase. Sharon and Jamie are an amazing team and offer a competitive price package and a superb service. They both provided outstanding support from start to finish and negotiated a great sale price for us. They are very experienced and were able to provide advice and support when needed, not only with our sale but with our purchase too.
