Ross and Mia in particular were excellent - Ross was calling me more than I was him keeping my fully updated and assistance beyond what I would expect/felt was typical was offered when there were problems with the property not relating to the sale. A big thank you to all involved and very grateful indeed. Ultimately a sale was agreed at a fair price and everyone is happy. Very good indeed. Sadly I don't have any other business in the area otherwise I would definitely be back to them!!

25th Jul 2024 (2 days ago)We were very impressed with the service provided by Hunter French in Devizes. Our estate was enthusiastic and proactive - giving sound advice throughout the process. Our sale was complicated by the fact that we were living and working in germany but the agent worked with us and so it was not an issue. When he was not around, the team responded on his behalf so communication was excellent with all queries answered promptly. It was a good experience for us as sellers.

27th Jun 2024 (30 days ago)This was our first lease of a commercial property, Gary was very knowledgeable and approachable, answering all our questions and informing us on issues that we hadn't even thought of. Gary made regular contact to ensure a smooth completion.
16th Oct 2022 (1 year ago)Pitch at the start to make us choose them was good. From the time we signed it was awful. Communication was non existent, never called to promote properties to us which means they didn’t do this for ours to others. We had to rewrite and reorder the advert to ensure it was correct. Don’t have premium service with rightmove to make properties stand out. Only 2 viewings in 12 weeks when other properties in the area were selling in days. I wouldn’t recommend this agent to anyone!

Then asked us to reduce asking price by £250,000, had people viewing offering £1,000,000 thinking we were desperate to sell because of the large reduction. 9th Jul 2024 (18 days ago)I recently had an extremely disappointing experience with Allen & Harris Frome, and I feel compelled to share my experience to caution others. Firstly, the communication was abysmal. I was not informed that the buyer had pulled out of the purchase, which caused unnecessary delays and complications. This crucial information was withheld, and it was only through my persistent inquiries that I found out about the buyer’s withdrawal. Allen and Harris simply stopped responding to any and all communication. Additionally, the photos taken of my property were of very poor quality with water marks and blown out colours. Professionalism was sorely lacking in this regard, and it felt as though minimal effort was put into presenting my property well. Moreover, the manager was unhelpful and displayed a lack of professionalism throughout the process. Any attempts to address my concerns were met with indifference and a dismissive attitude. It was evident that customer service and satisfaction were not priorities. Overall, my experience with Allen & Harris Frome was frustrating and disappointing. I would not recommend their services to anyone looking for a reliable and professional real estate agent. Emma has come in as the new manager, taken these on and has turned the situation around in 24 hours. Emma is an exceptional agent. She is extremely professional, experienced, really quick to respond and take action. We would highly recommend using her. Hetti goes above and beyond and has been fantastic at keeping us updated. It's been a difficult period but we now once again feel excited at the prospect of our sale and purchase going through and feel in very capable hands. Thank you

He has excellent local knowledge and a pragmatic approach that made the entire process of buying a house with him, from start to finish, seamless. Highly recommended.
