Whenever we had any issues at the property, he sent an engineer promptly and sorted them out on the day. We lived in another rented property before, but their maintenance system was the best. We have never had that high quality of service from any other estate agency. After we left the property, we coincidentally met him and saw him helping people. This tells you how kind he is.
