Moving from the Brackley area to a different County was not without it's problems, but Royston and the team were so helpful in guiding every step of the way from start to finish. I chose Boughtons over another mainly because of the all female staff, who had a more relaxed attitude. After an initial valuation which seemed, to me, a bit too high, they suggested a revision which then attracted viewings. We suffered a lag with the normal drop in viewings during the school break and then another drop as people waited for the budget. Despite this, Boughtons kept in touch and updated me throughout. The first meeting I had was with Catherine to introduce Savills of Banbury to me and to value the property, then everything was pasted over to Francesca Moss. Francesca was so efficient and helpful and very uplifting. We laughed a great deal which made the whole experience of selling and buying no where near as stressful as it can be. I have moved and developed several houses, dealt with estate agents and never have I had this level of efficiency and fun as Francesca made this sale.... Read more
