We put the house on the market with Waterview, priced at the top of their suggested range, and achieved the full asking price in a week.

10th Nov 2023 (8 mo. ago)We live next door to a property managed by Curchod and Co in Weybridge. They have a number of trees that are so large they span over half our house. They agreed to cut everything back to our fence line if we put forward a small portion of the costs which we did in good faith. So far they have only cut back one of the trees and are ignoring our calls and emails. The massive oak trees still need cutting back before potentially causing major damage to our property. Quite frankly they are liars and thieves in my opinion.

26th Aug 2022 (1 year ago)Sold the house eventually but didn't seem to be very proactive at the start of the process. We wrote our own blurb, we retook some of the photos so they were on a sunny day. It felt as though they were hoping the house would sell itself rather than hyping it up and having an open day with lots of viewings on 1 day. This then meant that the only way to renew interest was to drop the price several times. They however really worked hard for us when our buyer threatened to pull out.
