19th Nov 2023 (1 year ago)We were selling a riverside property and approached Waterview and another, ordinary estate agent. Waterview's valuation was substantially higher than the other agent. We put the house on the market with Waterview, priced at the top of their suggested range, and achieved the full asking price in a week.
22nd Jan 2025 (9 weeks ago)After viewing a home in November,we were told that Darren couldn’t get hold of the beneficiaries. Even after we agreed a price and put down a deposit. Hung on for weeks bearing in mind it was only a mobile home with a 21 day turnover to complete. We were then offered another one double the price,knowing we only wanted a small place.Darren said to offer the previous price as they were again beneficiaries so might take up the offer. Offer refused so counter offer made. Yet again Darren made excuses of not getting hold of the sellers. Excuse after excuse. This was suppose to be a quick turnaround due to us selling a house which had a handover date to which has been postponed several times because of the poor service from this company. Very disappointed and the man shouldn’t be trusted,even when I’ve asked several times for a refund on deposit

26th Oct 2021 (3 years ago)Do Not Try To Buy Any house With These Agents, we were purchasing a house in Weybridge through them (Holly cottage,Oatlands , after accepting our offer and agreeing the sale , our solicitor was processing everything , when without any notification to ours selves , They went ahead and put the property back on the market at 25,000 £ higher and then lied to us , that we had not even offered on it?!? Pure greed & dishonesty and I have never seen such an unprofessional agency do not use them !
8th Mar 2025 (15 days ago)Overall the way Seymours handled my sale was good. The guys who did the viewings were on the ball at every every stage. My property sold within 2 weeks. The back up could have been a bit better, as on several occasions i left messages for someone to call me back and this took several days.
31st Jan 2022 (3 years ago)Deal with this estate agent will be nightmare you prepare to be. just bought a house in guildford. given the offer to the seller. the estate agent pushed price and arrange unrealistic exchange and completion date. this results in the seller withdraw the listing. half year later, the seller is ready to sell. the estate agent disclosure both the sellers and buyers personal information to financial brokers and insurance thirdparties for marketing. during the communication with them, it is hugely unreliable and unfriendly. no customer service and professionalism. at the completion date, the sellers cannot give keys to estate agent and the buyers waste time to wait for the keys to be given. completely rubbish. both the sellers and buyers should be avoid..
17th Sep 2024 (6 mo. ago)You would normally have to drag me kicking and screaming to post a review of an estate agent, but I can’t say enough good things about Team Hawksman - amazing team, friendly, honest and proactive. Thoroughly recommended and whenever we come to sell, they will be our go to agents. Having dealt with multiple of agents over the last few months, Hawksman are head and shoulders above. Thanks all!

The property needed a lot of work and they went out of their way to help, guide and supply endless advice. It was quite overwhelming when the keys were handed back and I made the list of work that needing doing. They helped with choosing wall paint colours and advised on good choice of flooring. They send me links to many suppliers. They made a hard job managing the process very easy. They were quick to follow up on viewings and had 3 offers in a short time over the quiet Christmas period. They were very positive. I am a very happy landlord. A huge thank you to a great team.

11th Mar 2025 (12 days ago)Do not touch them. In my experience they are totally unethical. Service charges seem to be rambling out of control and constantly escalating. They seem to be adopting an almost rackman approach in dealing with lessees. I've never dealt with an organisation as aggressive patronising and demanding as these. Some years ago, they were so laid back that nothing was done, almost incompetent. Now they seem to be constantly thinking of something new to charge us for with financial extraction high on their priority. As for their charges, extortionate. No, sooner has one bill been paid, another one seems to be on its way. Dreadful company and no remorse.

There aren't many estate agents that you can trust and are genuine but I highly recommend this estate agent specially Ross. 31st Jul 2024 (7 mo. ago)Our overall experience with Bettermove is one of disappointment. They sold a model whereby they would market our property to their pool of investors. Essentially they put our house on Rightmove for a slightly higher price then they said they would pay us and left it there. I had to chase for updates and when they responded it was to say that their investors thought the price was an issue! So why didnt you speak to us about that and say what we thought to reducing. I dont actually think they've got investors, just people who want a cash purchase in certain areas. Fortunately we didn't pay Bettermove any money for their services and we ended the contract as soon as we could
