29th Aug 2024 (5 weeks ago)Martin Flashman (Weybridge Office) were amazing in securing a sale of our home. All members of the team were very approachable and friendly and provided sound advice. Aimee in particular was a gem and went the extra mile in negotiating for us, spending a lot of time advising and assisting us with suggestions on the way forward. We ended up having a lot of assurance in Aimee’s approach and it was clear she would be persuasive and great in speaking to potential interested buyers as our representative. Alastair was also great and very easy to work with. We would highly recommend Martin Flashman without any hesitation. .

I had a long chain to deal with, he kept the vendor posted through the entire duration. When he was on holidays, I was ably supported by Ben. Highly recommended. I hope other agents can be as close as Ross and team.

They have great local knowledge and were able to advise me on the best way to market my property through to a successful sale. I was kept informed of all stages of the viewings and transaction. Selling through them was a very pleasant experience.

Lana was a very helpful and friendly representative, she was honest and transparent when viewing the home, keen to help us achieve our goal, and always answered any questions in a timely manner. Stuart found professional tenants and provided reliable management service at a reasonable fee for the last few months. He is on top of various deadlines for gas safety certificate etc and provides timely updates. Highly recommend.

Tracy, Craig and Ryan maintained communication with me throughout and were always on hand to answer any questions. Such a fantastic, knowledgable and friendly team. If you are in the Surrey area they are absolutely the agents to use. Thank you again Johnson and Jones!

Changed our check-out report when they discovered we cleaned the property ourselves, it magically went from "appears professionally cleaned" to "requires cleaning at the tenants expense". They also tried charging us for things clearly shown on the check-in report, they obviously haven't discovered cross-referencing yet. Sarah managed to copy in a random person into our confidential email chain when we were trying to resolve the matter as she saw a similar name to my partner's and thought; "good enough". Do not trust this fraudulent agency with your money, hopefully TDS will knock some sense into them.

21st Sep 2024 (15 days ago)Aspen Estate Agents have been amazing right from the beginning when Alex came to value our flat, through to Clayton always being friendly and available to have a chat, show us properties and consider our individual needs when viewing a property, Ryan who did viewings on our flat for us and got us sold asap!! And then Caitlyn, the one person who I can say sorted things out swiftly, was always on it, and got us through to exchange quite quickly! She went above and beyond and worked hard on the chain, even when that was not her job to do. Very friendly, approachable and transparent! A great team, would highly recommend them (and I already have!)

After trying three other estate agents with no success, Olivia found us a delightful young couple to buy our house and she kept with us despite various set backs right through to completion. One of the advantages of the way Laurels work is that it was Olivia who signed us up and showed the house and sorted out all the problems that beset the sale, which made it much easier for us to understand the progress being made, especially towards the end when we were abroad on holiday. They kept the tenants on-side during the process. The service is always personal and with a problem-solving approach. Should I let property in London again they would be my first choice for management.
