Anthony Hay at True Homes went above and beyond the call of duty in relation to this sale. The property had to be sold on the death of a family member but one of the beneficiaries to the estate of the deceased made selling the property exceptionally difficult as they did all they could to obstruct the sale while at the same time demanding their inheritance from the estate (the greater part of which was of course the property which they wished to remain in rent free). Anthony calmly remained patient and eventually we overcame the obstacles and achieved the sale.... Read more
