3rd Apr 2024 (27 days ago)Awful! When looking to rent a property you would think they would show all interest in assisting you. Sadly not, viewed a property two months ago, showed my interest. Chased 4 times via telephone in an update if the kitchen was fitted to have another view (as it wasn’t previously) to be told someone’s already now leasing it through them. Poor communication, attitude stinks, was told “well we are a busy branch” when I asked how they hadn’t informed me in 2 months as they stated they would in an email. Made to feel like an ignorance for having an interest in a property that we viewed. Which by the way had no kitchen in it whatsoever and wasn’t even warned on the pre viewing. Hence waiting 2 months for it to get fitted to view again. Absolutely awful - abrupt, rude and wouldn’t use- 2nd Jun 2023 (10 mo. ago)8 months, 3 viewings, no sale. Withdrawn from sale.
21st Jan 2021 (3 years ago)For anyone looking at renting through this letting agency. Mark and his staffs services is swift, to the point, friendly and professional from start to finish. Tailored and catered to your needs. Everything checked and in order with the landlords so as a tenant you get to rent good properties that are well maintained with correct certificates for all appliances/gas etc. I would highly recommend there services to renters/prospective landlords buyers and sellers. 18th Feb 2024 (10 weeks ago)The best estate agents in Middlesborough. Sold my property within weeks. Craig and James went above and beyond. Together with Smith and Graham solicitors made selling easy. My property was with Michael Poole for six months getting nowhere and cost me £3k plus to leave empty until I put it on with Progression Properties. Amazing, five stars all day ????

The marketing showcased our property in the best possible way and all viewings were carried out in a professional and friendly manner. There was great communication both before and after any viewings which meant that a buyer was found very quickly. All in all, a very positive experience and I would highly recommend Harvey Brooks estate agents to anyone looking to sell their home.
