23rd Nov 2023 (21 weeks ago)Streets have done a very poor job Of managing my property, communication is very poor,no inspections of my property over the last couple of years,they have not provided me gas safety or electrical certs,I got the property back in a very poor condition, avoid streets like the plague!

Shari lead our process and was fundamental in making the process as smooth as possible, even when changes occurred or plans changed. Shari worked with both sell & buy side solicitors to speed up the process and make sure everyone was happy.
3rd Apr 2024 (15 days ago)I have had a brilliant service from Carter Jonas Team - Special thank you to David Sinclair for showing me my new home at a last minute request and amending my tenancy paperwork quickly, to Celine for liaising with referencing for a small hiccup, and Grace Wilson for her input throughout the process. There may have been some hiccups, part of the nature of moving, but they were very hands on and rapid acting to smooth out the process for me!

We encountered them when buying a house a few years ago and were impressed at their fairness in handling the buyer/seller balance. Hence tje decision to use them when selling. This last transaction fell at a difficult time and had some complications but they showed patience, persistence, courtesy and even humour. In brief, we trust them.- 1st Jun 2021 (2 years ago)Nick of Jackson-Stops was extremely helpful in communicating between us and the Vendor. We were buying from overseas, and his support in virtual viewings and addressing programme and technical issues, was invaluable. We are extremely happy with our new house and remain on good terms with the Vendors, who have also been very helpful with the transition of ownership.

From my initial contact, they have relentlessly kept great communication in what is a difficult market, to find our "forever house". Tom and Edward's experience is second to none. If we are ever in the market for another house (hopefully not, as my wife has promised), I would have no hesitation in calling Savills......10/10
3rd Apr 2024 (15 days ago)Awful! When looking to rent a property you would think they would show all interest in assisting you. Sadly not, viewed a property two months ago, showed my interest. Chased 4 times via telephone in an update if the kitchen was fitted to have another view (as it wasn’t previously) to be told someone’s already now leasing it through them. Poor communication, attitude stinks, was told “well we are a busy branch” when I asked how they hadn’t informed me in 2 months as they stated they would in an email. Made to feel like an ignorance for having an interest in a property that we viewed. Which by the way had no kitchen in it whatsoever and wasn’t even warned on the pre viewing. Hence waiting 2 months for it to get fitted to view again. Absolutely awful - abrupt, rude and wouldn’t use

Rachel Martin is my contact and the service I receive from her is first class. Nothing is too much trouble nd whatever task I ask her to deal with, the attention to detail and quickness of response is excellent. Before retirement I was responsible for the training & personnel arrangements of 2,300 staff, so I know what I am talking about. Rachel Martin has the ability to ensure prospective clients, whether buying or selling, are 'put at ease' and quickly realise that they are going to receive excellent service. She is a valuable asset to Bridgfords, and not someone who could be easily replaced. Well worth ensuring her career path is positive, not only for her benefit but also that of Bridgfords.

The staff are always professional, while being incredibly friendly and supportive. Couldn’t recommend them highly enough. Thank you for making me a very happy homeowner (finally!)

3rd Sep 2023 (7 mo. ago)Terrible! Avoid! Happy to take their monthly cut from renting your premises for years. Then when it comes to recovering damages from the tenant and a guarantor there's nothing. 3 years+ and zero. Then when tenant moves out they still do nothing and even refuse to hand over the deposit that they retained. Now ignoring my emails. Currently lodging a formal complaint with The Property Ombudsman. Amateurs at best. Scammers at worst.

The promptness with attending to value the property and getting it up for sale online was excellent. The sale negotiator Rosie was always available if needed to answer questions or provide support throughout the whole process. Fantastic friendly support from all throughout. Highly recommended.

I was disappointed with the lack of communication in terms of performance of the adverts, and options I may be able to take to speed up the sale of the property. I felt it was just left to sell itself, or at least I was not updated as to otherwise.

They managed to sell our property within a couple of weeks, obtaining the full asking price. They used great initiative in introducing our purchasers to the property ,and also helped to ensure a speedy completion by maintaining good lines of communication throughout. First class service from a friendly , approachable and supportive team . We would reccomend Hope and Braim with confidence . Thankyou to all the team.
