We encountered them when buying a house a few years ago and were impressed at their fairness in handling the buyer/seller balance. Hence tje decision to use them when selling. This last transaction fell at a difficult time and had some complications but they showed patience, persistence, courtesy and even humour. In brief, we trust them.- 1st Jun 2021 (3 years ago)Nick of Jackson-Stops was extremely helpful in communicating between us and the Vendor. We were buying from overseas, and his support in virtual viewings and addressing programme and technical issues, was invaluable. We are extremely happy with our new house and remain on good terms with the Vendors, who have also been very helpful with the transition of ownership.

From my initial contact, they have relentlessly kept great communication in what is a difficult market, to find our "forever house". Tom and Edward's experience is second to none. If we are ever in the market for another house (hopefully not, as my wife has promised), I would have no hesitation in calling Savills......10/10

From the moment she entered our home we instantly felt at ease , with confidence in her abilities and knowledge of the market. She explained everything very clearly and with passion. Her manner was professional yet likeable and natural with no pressure or urgency to choose Bridgfords. Here on after, all communication, be it by phone or email, was informative, personal and efficient in speed of response. We would strongly recommend Bridgfords for their amazing customer service ????

3rd Dec 2024 (8 weeks ago)Awful and appalling experience with this agency. I am not sure what is wrong with them. I get a feeling that they choose only British clients, discriminating hugely . I never want to deal with them again even if they had my dream property . The communications with were very poor -- badly composed emails, never return calls, we got to chase them. Not a good experience. I will report them on Rightmove too

Although she isn’t a qualified conveyancing expert, with the right investment and training, she could excel in the role with ease. Her greatest strength is her willingness to help and get things done, paired with a fantastic personality. She’s a real credit to Selectiv. Thank you again, Kaitlan!

Excellent communications from them during the sale period especially during contract negotiations with prospective and eventual purchases. It would be no exaggeration to say that the whole team worked tirelessly often working outside of their remit to see a successful conclusion. Well done.

Managed to secure the property sold when the previous buyer fell through and Hope & Braim reached out following our previous interest in the property. Communication was good and they were always on hand for any questions/queries. Would definitely recommend!!

I had a discussion with Craig who went through my criteria in far greater depth than anyone else had as there is a general feeling at times agents want to chase you out the door as are too busy to chat. within 14 days of a my initial discussion, and a few properties offered that weren't quite suitable for me I was offered one that was perfect that I bought. Great after service from Cath too. much appreciated. cannot recommend enough based on my experience.
