I am writing this behalf of my uncle because he doesn’t speak English last year he rented a flat from these people they all so speak Turkish so my uncle paid them admission fees which by law they don’t have the right to ask him for admission fees but they did why because my uncle doesn’t speak English and he’s only been in uk for one and half years and then they asked him for weeks rent 2 months deposit again buy law they can only ask 4 week’s and when he left the flat they only give his one moths rent back said to him we only had one month deposit of yours horrible people... Usually you would expect to be welcomed to to a property you are looking to buy, invited to park on the drive so you can see what it would be like to live there. Not Claudia Romano, who arrives 1 minute before the appointment, shouting out of her car door, "I'M THE ESTATE AGENT SO I GET TO PARK THERE!". And then, once we have driven around and finally found somewhere to park, has the cheek to tell us that we're late and we will not have a full appointment - when we were there first!
