This was my second time using Simpson and Weekley, Wellingborough branch. Mel, Zara, Chris and Becca were fantastic and really helpful and supportive throughout. Mel came out to see the house and gave a fair valuation and took photos a few days later once we signed the paperwork. As last time, Mel was incredibly knowledgeable and friendly. From that point on, the whole team were great at getting people through the door and, sending us regular updates. Once we had a buyer the team all pulled together to support the sale and 3 months later we were in our new home. This was arguably a tougher market but the team kept us informed and communicated with us well. As such we would 100% recommend to anyone putting there house on the market and wouldnt hesitate to use again in the future.... Read more
