1st Oct 2024 (9 weeks ago)From the first contact over the phone to the viewings and subsequent sale of the property to myself, Rachel and the whole team at F&C have been amazing to deal with and professionally excellent. Rachel was understanding of my position as a buyer and really relaid that the vendors which lead to the acceptance of offer that all parties are very happy with. It has been a great example of how to deal with both parties involved equally to maximise the outcome for both. Couldn’t recommend enough!
1st Aug 2024 (18 weeks ago)As a prospective buyer, I have found the staff at HPS to be extremely helpful. In my opinion they are managing their sales in a timely manner from the point of the For Sale board being erected to then being able to view a property straight away, there was no delay between the point of it being advertised ...with the board and internet. In my opinion this demonstrates their efficiency and is the reason why I would recommend them.

The advice , knowledge, experience and regular weekly updates of Sue and the team at Leonard’s Holderness Road office allowed us a quick, uncomplicated and smooth sale of our parents home in Beverley. I would certainly never use anyone else, and , I would highly recommended to anyone else looking at selling their property in the surrounding areas. Once again Thankyou.

30th Nov 2024 (2 days ago)I have used Goodwin Fox to sell two properties recently, their service has been outstanding from start to finish. All their staff are pleasant, helpful, experienced & professional. Both properties sold quickly. Goodwin Fox arranged the viewings and took care of showing prospective buyers round which was great. They kept me updated with viewing dates/times and provided feedback after each viewing. I cannot fault their service and would not hesitate to use them again. Thanks for a great no hassle experience in respect of both properties.

3rd Oct 2024 (9 weeks ago)We knew we were selling at a lower price but they found a buyer quickly and knowing there were no estate agency fees or solicitors fees brought the price closer to what we had hoped for.

5th Jul 2024 (21 weeks ago)BE VERY CAREFUL!!! Once these lot have your deposit they ignore you. We agreed to buy a buy to let from these and went through the mortgage application with our own agent. We then found out they had overvalued thr property by a fair amount, not allowing us to get a mortgage. We were then told we had to use their mortgage person, which cost us another £300 but we had no option. They also could not get us a mortgage because the value was less than 50k. Upon telling these lot, they are now ignoring our calls, you can't speak to the refund team as only on email, no managers have phones and they won't give us our deposit back even though it states we are entitled to it back for following their stipulations. I'm no being ignored by the salesman Jack and no one will return emails etc. I will be taking this to the Ombudsman too, to highlight this appalling service and blatant overvalued to gain mortgage applicants. They had the same listing on their site for £52,500 and £46,000. We found this after we had agreed a price. So be very careful not to deal with these people. They are rude and have total lack of customer service once they have your deposit. Zero stars from me!!!

Sold our house with in 6 weeks of putting it on the market with them, super pleased fast service from start to completion would recommend to anyone for a quick and smooth sale!
