Worst company I've ever dealt with. Had the cheek to ask for 6 months rent up front when I passed every single check and provide payslips and all the relevant documents. Absolute clowns. Steer clear!

We tried for over 6 months to buy a property in the withernsea area having fallen in love with it. Several attempts were made to buy various properties to no avail. But the agents kept on trying making property viewings at short notice and doing everything they could to find us what we were after. Eventually we succeeded and despite several hurdles the agents especially Alice got it through to completion and now we reside in the area.
It’s not the first properties we have had and the level of service offered by the agents was excellent and they certainly went the extra mile. So in summary thank you all in the Goodwinfox team JD/NA

Excellent Service from Vicky and all the team from start to finish. The property in question arose from a complicated and difficult probate process and the team at Goodwin Fox made everything so much easier. Nothing was ever too much trouble and their client care was first rate throughout. I had no prior links to Goodwin Fox or the Withernsea area but the best thing I did was stumble upon Goodwin Fox by chance. The staff have links to the local area and it really does make a difference to the service they are able to provide. I am not someone who usually writes reviews but felt compelled do so on this occasion. Thank you so much for everything you did for me and my siblings.

I found them to be very unhelpful. Just told me NOT to buy a house on their books, which I'm interested in. Appeared to be unwilling or incapacable of answering my questions.
BEWARE if you are thinking of selling through them.
In response to your response: it's a great shame you appear to have no understanding of the idea of service. A disgrace to your industry.
It's not the property which is not for us, it's your agency. You have forced me to seek to deal with the vendor directly.
