25th Oct 2024 (12 weeks ago)I thought there were no good agents in Oxford until Saville recommended me to Richard at Scott Fraser. Mixed reviews on the internet, so I was a little sceptical about them in the beginning but they proved me wrong. Richard head the sales team there with William and Caia. The whole team has been amazing throughout the whole process, from valuation through to final sale. The valuation was realistic and fair. Photography and marketing was delivered with professionalism. The viewings were conducted with professionalism and care. There was never any query / questions too trivial and the whole team was on top of our sale, so you can call up and speak to any member of the team to get an answer. Follow-up is excellent and they will always call back, if they don’t have an answer. They also go above and beyond to sort out any issues, and find solutions that works for both the buyer and seller. We sold our property first week it was listed. We are very happy with Scott Fraser Summertown and highly recommend them if you are planning to sell your property in north Oxford,

She regularly checked it with us and always helped where she could. I would highly recommend them and would use them for any future house sales. Thank you for all your help.

Filipe went above and beyond to help me firstly make me feel welcome and also to find the perfect home, making what can often be a stressful process incredibly smooth and enjoyable. He took the time to truly understand my needs and preferences, ensuring every property he showed me was truly what I needed and answered all my wish lists. His friendly demeanour and clear communication made it easy to trust him every step of the way. What stood out most was Filipe's dedication to making sure I was completely satisfied. He was always available to answer my questions, provide honest advice, and ensure that the process moved forward seamlessly. Initially, we were struggling to find somewhere to live in Oxford and our experiences with other letting agencies was stressful to say the least. Rosie was the first lettings negotiator we dealt with that was empathetic to our struggles. Rather than pressuring us into making an immediate decision, we were given time to consider making an offer, and Rosie and was a pleasure to deal with every step of the way. We highly recommend renting with Savills (and Rosie in particular) if you're looking for somewhere to live in Oxford.

Hebe was overseeing my correspondence and was very friendly and professional at all times. 12th Sep 2018 (6 years ago)Have rented premium properties >3K in North Oxford and the area for many years, using multiple agencies. This is one of the worst agencies in Oxford, only exceeded in their general incompetence by Finders Keepers.

From day one, Victoria showed a professionalism and a knowledge of the local area. She was quick to respond to any questions or concerns we had. From enquiries to viewings arranged, Victoria made ensured that we were supported and informed throughout the entire journey. Her guidance in presenting the bungalow to show it at it's best and expert advice made the whole experience much less stressful than we initially thought. The service they offer is second to none and goes way beyond that of other agents. Their advice and support throughout the selling and buying process was invaluable and they even negotiated the deal with the house we wanted to buy, whilst we were on holiday! Fabulous service and a great couple of guys to work with.

I wasn't too worried as I wasn't in a hurry at the time, but it took too long to recognise this, which was probably not perfect in a relatively flat market. My key comment however relates to the very poor communication. Slow responses to telephone calls and often with an email rather than a call.
