My worst experience in four years as tenant. It started with a viewing of 5 minutes ( by chance ? ) in fact she forgot to mention the total absence of mobile phone and the slowest internet broadband when on Rightmove reported the fibre optic instead and I couldn't watch the tv neither. The place is lovely but she simply should have been fair and let me know how things were. I am an impeccable tenant in the way I look after the property and on my payments and unfortunately I left the property 10 days ago and they didnt release my deposit back yet...where this arrogance come from!? Is there anyone in this agency who cares about tenants and respectful people ? Dreadful !!
I bought my present house in Kidlington through Thomas Merrifield and they were very helpful. If mail comes for the previous owners and I pop in the shop with it they are pleased to pass it on. Very pleasant staff.
We've just bought our first house through Chancellors and are absolutely thrilled with it! I can't thank these guys enough, and would recommend them and I have and the people who I recommend have also had a sale on there property. As we live abroad our contact was limited, but any questions we had were answered promptly and professionally Josh Hartley was our agent and along with David conducted themselves in a very professional manner.
We also had our house on the market with another office in Woodstock and it seemed a long time before any one was interested.
