23rd Jun 2025 (9 mo. ago)Only had one viewing. Very little communication - staff nice and tried but can’t really do much of a review as so little contact.
4th Apr 2025 (1 year ago)We had Anisa show us round our new rental property ( which we absolutely love! ) she informed us of the property in the morning and kindly showed us around later that day and couldn't have been more helpful in the whole process. Anisa responded to emails promptly, called us back quickly and answered all of our many questions. Anisa made the whole process really easy and quick which we are great full for, thank you Anisa :)

22nd Jan 2026 (10 weeks ago)I met with George Mayhew for a second visit on this property he was really helpful and went through queries I had on site. Very helpful on both viewings I had with him. We now have a new tenancy in the area we wanted due to the great communication and speed of setting up visits for the family.
3rd Oct 2025 (6 mo. ago)On deciding to rent my property i selected Dexters in Surbiton. The service and speed to market the property was fast and efficient. within days everything was managed ,certificates. Inspections etc. I had to do virtually nothing. Within 2 weeks contracts with a suitable tenant was ready. Thanks to the agent who handled everything so professionally. Elin Shepherd.
