Trina has been efficient and extremely helpful. I could not have asked for a better letting agent to deal with this whole process. Trina was always prompt with her response. I felt my process went smoothly and felt more assured from the time I started communicating with Trina. Thanks Trina for all your help. I will deffo recommend my friends and family.
Viewing confirmed but estate agent never showed up not even an apology when I called. Unprofessional service won’t recommend or use again
The agency was great, we dealt mostly with Tom and then Kecia. They were both very professional, lovely people, very genuine. They were very prompt in our requests for information, and pulled out all the stops to get the purchased completed. A very professional agency and I would highly recommend.
I made an offer via email of a property in New Malden with this branch with agent Jake Harvey . He called me after my first offer rejected by vendor, he was so rude and aggressive and was telling me i had redicoules offer and wasting his time , I was in shock , so rude and unprofessional and impolite agent I have ever seen .
My first time in the rental world and all I can say is that Tracy made this an absolute pleasure! She talked me through each step even though I’m sure some of my questions were quite silly. Always replying to my emails and text messages quickly. Overall I cannot rate Tracy highly enough. A definite 5 stars for this lovely lady!
One of the worst rental experiences of my life! We are being lied to and harassed daily affecting time with our little one! These people are not professional at all- the Raynes park branch. Our baby is three months and because they didn't honour our break clause.. we ended up having to show the property before us moving out! Tracy the agent doesn't know anything abt 76 saint Catherine's close flat in Raynes park and I would have to explain the workings of flat ignoring needs of my baby. She walked into me half naked breast feeding my baby! They constantly kept changing times of viewings at last minute causing us mental stress and mind you we were not just by ourselves our baby's schedule was compromised ???? With all this.
When we refused to agree to viewing change they made at last minute they would threaten us with the deposit!
Even after moving out the harassment continues. In order for them to not pay back the deposit now they are claiming properly was not professionally cleaned! We cleaned the property to reasonable basic standard but now David the manager is asking us to get a professional cleaner to clean the property as we own the property!
Please understand they are harassing new parents who are chronically tired and sleep deprived for months..I don't even know how they will treat regular folks!
I'm thinking of filing claims for mental and physical harassment to my family although I rather spent time looking after and taking care of my little one!
Sam knew exactly what we wanted and helped us to (quickly!) find our first home, which we absolutely fell in love with. Whenever we came up against any form of challenge in the buying process, Sam was always on the end of the phone to help us - she was amazing and we can't thank her enough. Huge thanks to the whole team for making what is quite a daunting process, into a really fun and enjoyable one! Highly recommended.
Very disappointed, first they book view last week and agent unable to open the main door so we cannot view propert .
Than second time view on 18 th december @ 2:00pm no one has come yet it been 2.45pm noe .

They are least responsive. In general, state agents are good during pre-sales and once the deal is closed they are least bothered about the clients (I dealt with them as a tenant), but they don't bother during the pre-sales as well. They want to maintain consistency, I wonder.
They are never available on call, by chance if you get a hang of them they would ask to write your concerns in email and won't respond to those or ignore the important concerns like safety etc.
Despite writing twice they didn't bother to respond to my concerns of electric wires laying over the kitchen cupboards and other outstanding electrical issues.
I have dealt with a lot of estate agents over the years and I can honestly say Century 21 in Kingston way surpasses the rest. My apartment was let within 2 days and very smoothly, but since I have had invaluable service, nothing is a problem and no matter what advice I need they always go that extra mile. Unlike other agents I have found who once receive your instructions the service diminishes they are always consistently excellent and with a smile and professional manner which I am so grateful of.
Worst service received from an estate agent. The most disgusting and unprofessional behavior. I was looking for a commercial space and came across their advert on Rightmove. Took them few days to arrange viewing and once I viewed the property, I offered the full rental asking price and offered to pay 1 year’s rent in advance. Two months on and after 4 visits to their office and several phone calls I’m still waiting for the person that deals with that property to get back to me. Seems like no one knows what’s going on in that office. Absolute joke. I would never use them and would suggest everyone to stay away as they are very unprofessional.
