Worst Experience ever. They lost my ID and other documents. I am waiting for explanation from head office that they are safe. I m wondering how Barnard Marcus recruited such a 3rd grade sales representative ( Tom Pearce) who doesn’t care customers and misbehave with us. I will take this to next level. Please avoid them.

The branch managers Samuel and David at Worcester Park have been extremely good. They have been very friendly, efficient and helpful and have often patiently gone the extra mile to assist me with difficult situations. It is only their efficiency that has decided my remaining with Haarts. However I feel Haarts as an organisation is so large, that often management from ahead office Colchester, though helpful, is unwieldy and impersonal and not keyed in to the local needs. Constant changes in personal make this a nightmare to deal with. Perhaps it would be much better to devolve management to the local branches, as they are much more aware of what is going on at grass roots level and are able to be in touch with tenants rapidly. This makes them more able to give a personal service and better meet the requirements of their landlords.
Luke, Siobhan and the whole team at Cromwells were so helpful assisting with the buying of our first property. They were always on hand to answer questions we had and they constantly notified us of any developments in the case. I hope future estate agents we use will be as polite, helpful and thorough as the team at Cromwells. Great service!
I called a couple of weeks ago and spoke to a lady called Claire, I told her that our property was on the market and that I would like to view one of the properties that you were advertising. I was shocked to be told that she wouldn't "waste her time" taking out someone that was not yet under offer. We have since gone under offer ourselves and purchased another property but was disgusted with the way I was spoken to and treated. I actually spoke to someone else about my experience with a very rude lady at Cromwells and they managed to guess that I had dealt with Claire before I had said a name, she had also been very rude to this person who was actually trying to sell through you! I WOULD NOT USE!!!!
