Since the beginning of the month trying to arrange a viewing on a rental property, had zero response no feedback whatsoever about when was the viewing happening. The lettings associate was clueless, was not even aware that the property had a price reduction twice in two weeks in a row! Terrible experience! I was even receiving more property viewing options when the one I requested not once I had a feedback on, enbarecing to say the least. Already rented a house with other agency while the property I was interested in is still to rent.

Amber was incredibly helpful throughout the process of us looking to rent the property we are now happily settled into. She was on hand for everything we needed and has a wonderfully kind and friendly presence that we were very grateful to receive after countless viewings and bidding wars on various properties with different estate agents across SW London. I would recommend Samuel Estates to anyone looking to move home.

The open day was a success and we have been kept informed of all steps through out the sale of our property. We used Cubitt and West in 2013 when we bought our first property, we have used them again when selling our property and we would use them again. We highly recommend Cubitt & West if you are looking to buy or sale your property.

Kamal Patel, the new block manager from TLC, is friendly, understanding and hardworking, and is now doing everything he can, including working beyond normal office hours, to address our concerns and ensure the property is set to rights. We are very grateful for his efforts!

With a very prompt start, we had an accepted offer within a few days. The buyer was looked after through the buying process to keep them happy, and we were kept informed of progress at all times. Overall, an excellent service!

This approach appears to favor landlords heavily. Good luck to them with such policies. I'm also glad I read the other reviews.

Charl was there from the beginning with us, making the (nerve-racking) experience of buying our first property that much easier and seamless. Always there with prompt replies and at the end of the phone with all questions and worries! Even after we had moved in and needed some repair work doing he helped us out. Highly recommend their service :) We love our new home!!

Had trouble selling in a difficult market but Andrews team sold our house and got us through the nightmare of dealing with solicitors and we managed to sell and get into our dream house. Highly recommended, will go above and beyond to make sure everything goes smoothly.

Since the beginning of our negotiations we felt things were a bit strange… But as we really liked the house we decided to still move forward. After awkward beginning we got a call saying that we got the House. We were extremely happy. We them hired solicitors, got our mortgage approved and we were just waiting for the probate. After 1.5 months of our offer being accepted, we received one call saying that they were very sorry but there was another offer (sounding like it was a done deal for the other bidder.. yes it became an auction we believe..) Long story short, even after saying that we would potentially rase our offer to still keep the house, they never came back to us so we could only imagine that they for some reason chose who is buying their houses… At least for us this seemed very evident. With our mortgage ready/approved, investment positions withdrawn and solicitors hired. Big ££ loss will all that on top of the terrible experience… Ps: By the way the house was out of market as it was marked as Sold…

They were able to communicate directly with these other agencies for us and give us a lot of assurance as first time renters. Really cannot fault them on customer service.
