Throughout the long and drawn out sale of my Mum's house, Steve and his team were amazing, they all kept me informed of the progress and any hiccups that happened along the way and worked so hard in keeping the chain together, the work that was done to get to the point of exchanging contracts in my opinion is greatly underestimated.
