I can’t recommend Steve and his team enough
He took care of the sale of our property in Banstead and was fantastic from start to finish. Having been in the middle of an at times troublesome chain Steve managed to keep things on track with just the right amount of pressure and an unflappable approach. A very personable agency and I thank them for their help .

Throughout the long and drawn out sale of my Mum's house, Steve and his team were amazing, they all kept me informed of the progress and any hiccups that happened along the way and worked so hard in keeping the chain together, the work that was done to get to the point of exchanging contracts in my opinion is greatly underestimated. Nothing was ever too much trouble for the team and I would highly recommend them to anyone wanting to buy or sell their property. They are the best Estate Agents in Banstead.

I recently sold my flat through Michael Everett (Banstead) and could not be happier with the service they provided. They were exactly what I was looking for from an estate agent; professional, courteous, calm, never aggressive or pushy, and any advice was always measured and fair. I was always kept completely up to date with viewings, offers etc, even though I was living in Brussels for much of the sale process and, bottom line, their commission fees were lower than any of their competitors. I highly recommend Steve and the team in Banstead if you are looking to sell there.

He gave me a realistic valuation & competitive fees & then sold my house in 3 days! I was then able to submit an offer for my new house which was accepted.
