The team have always been helpful and responsive and we couldn’t have asked for better service.

4th Jan 2024 (17 weeks ago)Rude staff who claim viewing a property is going to be a massive problem because you can't make one day and the tenant is a partner of G Herbert.. aren't we all busy? But I don't see how me being unavailable for one day means the property then becomes impossible to see.

Lettings Manager didn't care that there were issues with the property, 'let as seen' attitude despite there being damage to walls and issues in the bathrooms, snagging issues throughout. Not provided any information on next steps or application process. Waste of my afternoon, having taken time off work to go and view the property.

14th Mar 2024 (7 weeks ago)Claire at Oulsnam has been super helpful right from Valuation of my property, through to exchange/completion. Communication has been wonderful, and there was no hassle with arranging viewings. Her friendly approach is what made her stand out from other estate agents too - no question has been any trouble. I was fortunate that my house was only on the market for a week before a sale was agreed - but it was nice to feel we had trust in our agent - which made the process so easy. Claire has also kept in contact regularly throughout, giving updates and checking in, ensuring we have all the information we need. Would definitely recommend Oulsnam! Claire, thank you once again for all your help!

21st Mar 2024 (6 weeks ago)Where do I start? Working with Lin and Sara has been absolutely wonderful. They are the best at finding homes that met all of your requirements. They take the time to thoroughly explain to clients all the details before you decide to move forward. They also make sure that clients are aware of any potential risks associated with purchasing a particular property, they are professional but also honest and direct. They go above and beyond with every single transaction. They are extremely accommodating with clients and try to help as much as possible. It’s an absolute pleasure to work with you. If you are selling or buying a house, you have to use them!! They are the best!

5th Sep 2022 (1 year ago)Terrible Until you pay everything goes well and then it’s just a joke. Just to mention a few: - moved in a brand new building, the door lock broke once, they advised me to go to an hotel for the night while waiting for the next day. Then they refused to pay for the room they told me they will pay and stopped replying to my emails, very unprofessional - lots of things weren’t working in my flat when J moved in and they didn’t help at all. I had to deal with everything - didn’t even get a proper check out document Definitely don’t recommend it
20th Mar 2024 (6 weeks ago)They are thief’s, i rented out property from this agency, where fire occurred due to neighbours fault, my propery affected due to that, they promised me to find alternative accommodation and then left me on road without any accommodation, then they didn’t not allowed me to access property to collect my stuff while they given access to thier contractor, when i went for collection at the end after counless calls and emails, i found most of valueable items missing from property, when i inquired from them they said they don’t know anything about it. they were the one only had access to property ,my other remaining stuff was all damaged due to water. Sharon from Leytonstone branch is biggest manipulator, she try to act smart and play political games, i m in process of legal action now . i have instructed solicitors now and i am taking them to the court now i would advise everyone to avoid these thieves. *update* reply to stretton comment Sharon and zita both aware and admitted they took photos of the item and would like to match , then later on zitta said she didn’t took photos of right angels,i can post all emails correspondence screen shot here. Alternative property link they are claiming they provided those were taken from zoopla which i could have find myself. They are absolutely joke. I m in process to take this further and definitely expose them and thier contractors.
