I have just moved out of a property which was rented through Roseberry newhouse Yarm and they have deducted forcefully from deposit the charges for things which are absoultely radiculous. Would not recommend any one these rip offs. On top of it they dont even bother returning calls and are rude when you talk to them.

I was pleasantly surprised from the very start. My husband and I dealt with the Stokesley office to arrange our viewing. Both woman (Erica and Elizabeth) were so lovely and polite with us at each stage, giving us support and keeping everything positive. Peter was very patient during our appointments to view, even putting up with my extended family. Peter was also polite and helpful throughout each visit. We were impressed with the completion team service as this is not something we have experienced before. Jacqui from the completion team has been a ray of sunshine, keeping in touch at every stage and extremely helpful. Jacqui has gone above and beyond for ourselves, stepping in to assist with many issues including those with our Solicitor. We have been extremely grateful for everyone's assistance in the purchase of our new home and I am so excited to be receiving the keys today! We can't thank you enough for making this an enjoyable experience. xx

Ive used Your Move Yarm for years as letting agents for a property in Eaglescliffe. You will not get friendlier or more professional service anywhere. They have always found new tenants superfast. Highly recommended. Helen and Denise are top drawer!!!

I can only think that the two reviews previously stated in 2008 were competitors as the service here is excellent. Now Your Move and they are brilliant - try them.

Gill was brilliant at guiding us through the stress of buying a house. We definitely feel lucky that we had her expertise and honest advice during the process.

Gill at Michael Poole Yarm is the most professional and efficient estate agent I have dealt with. If it was not for her our long and arduous sale of our house would not have been possible. The help that we received from Gill was exemplary she certainly went beyond the normal scope of her job to help us secure not only our sale but for our purchase so that both sides did not fall. All told the sale and purchase process took 17 months and she held our hands every step of the way. Gill is pleasant, professional but most importantly makes you feel the most important person she is dealing with. For the small fee we paid we certainly got our money's worth. If you are buying or selling Michael Poole Yarm is a great office to deal with. Thank you so much!

Honestly, if I could lower the stars any further, I would. These guys are absolutely terrible. They threatened my tenants with harassment, told me the property wasn’t damaged when it was (they hadn’t been to see it). They then tried to rent it damaged (severely) for four months before they rented it. The new tenants then informed me durectly about the damage and I had to get it fixed. they then ripped me off upon exit of contract due to their breach Every tenant I had complained about their service and poor communication. It took a month to find out the tenants were having issues at some points. Do not go with these guys as you just get ripped off, lose rental return and end up managing it yourself regardless. I have since had to take them to court for the losses.

Avoid like the plague. I've had from one of them telling the landlord I was leaving when I distinctly saying I was staying to scoffing down the phone because it was 10 mins to them closing on a Friday and he couldn't be bothered to do something that would take literally 1minute. Also didn't check the property correctly later found out that a fixture was illegal did nothing till I threatened legal action and ignored me for 6 weeks. They have no customer service, just pure lazy. Also pressured me with phone calls to go and see a place that I couldn't afford and later found out that they get money from the landlord for every viewing. So if you're a landlord I'd avoid them.
