25th May 2023 (1 year ago)Arrogance at the highest level! Was informed 24 hrs prior that my valuation had to be moved as a staff meeting was more important. Already booked the day off so fuming at the complete dis regard of this outfit. Completely unprofessional and extremely arrogant in my opinion!!!! Lesson learned!!!
3rd Oct 2024 (9 weeks ago)If you're looking to put your house on the market with this company I suggest you don't bother. Am a cash buyer and still awaiting a call back with details after 2 days. Will be looking elsewhere now sorry to say. Very disappointing and unprofessional experience to say the least ????

25th Oct 2024 (6 weeks ago)The Roseberry Newhouse (Stokesley) team were all very friendly and helpful throughout the house - sale process. The video clip they produced looked amazing, and they also created a WhatsApp group, where queries could be easily discussed. Team members were quick to respond, and we're clearly knowledgeable and experienced.

From my initial contact, they have relentlessly kept great communication in what is a difficult market, to find our "forever house". Tom and Edward's experience is second to none. If we are ever in the market for another house (hopefully not, as my wife has promised), I would have no hesitation in calling Savills......10/10

29th Jun 2024 (23 weeks ago)Helen was so professional from our first visit and stood out head and shoulders above the local competition. We then largely dealt with Natalie who is brilliant at her job. She understood that our neurodivergent household needed some extra help and patience and she always did what she promised and went the extra mile. We had a long process which was no fault of Bridgfords and Natalie made sure our buyers were kept in the loop. Couldn’t recommend Bridgfords Yarm more highly.

25th Jul 2018 (6 years ago)Honestly, if I could lower the stars any further, I would. These guys are absolutely terrible. They threatened my tenants with harassment, told me the property wasn’t damaged when it was (they hadn’t been to see it). They then tried to rent it damaged (severely) for four months before they rented it. The new tenants then informed me durectly about the damage and I had to get it fixed. they then ripped me off upon exit of contract due to their breach Every tenant I had complained about their service and poor communication. It took a month to find out the tenants were having issues at some points. Do not go with these guys as you just get ripped off, lose rental return and end up managing it yourself regardless. I have since had to take them to court for the losses.

Viewings straight away sale agreed 15th august communication fantastic as they contacted solicitors both mine and buyer so I received constant updates. Always answer phone unlike other Ingelby agents. Sale completed 27th Sept so 40 days down to hard work and good communication and commitment Thank you all ????

We chose Anthony Jones Properties as they seemed to understand the market, the Darlington area and were prepared to handle everything for us. We were not disappointed. They were very professional and sensitive to our requirements and communications were excellent. We have no hesitation in recommending them to anyone.

27th Mar 2024 (8 mo. ago)I did appoint JBrown to sell my property in Bromley and I was very happy at the beginning about the way they approached me and how they worked to get the property on the market quickly. Soon after they changed quite a lot in terms of communication, Zara used to reply randomly ( basically when she got a chance ) whilst Komal (owner)never replied to my emails.( she should learn how to deal with people). Despite that was a clear sight of a lack of professionalism, I left things going ahead smoothly. Zara kept me informed about the buyer's interest in seeing the property and I arranged access all the time. Then I had to chase her to receive feedback from customers, she never made them aware of the outcome or sending any REPORT. Even though I left them to carry on their job. They eventually got 2 offers and let me know to appoint a solicitor which I did. Both times buyers pulled out and she never contacted me to let me know, on the contrary, I had to call to find out what happened. I am still not sure if she really received any offers because I never received proof of that. The 12-week agreement came to an end and I previously let them know by email that I would not renew the mandate( no response at all as usual). Finally, I chased them again to remove my property from the market but they either removed it or replied to my emails. After 2 weeks of waiting for them I decided to contact Rightmove, and Zoopla etc explain the matter and they removed the property immediately. This morning magically I received an email From Zara saying that my property has now been removed! You are a team of liars, hopefully, people will be away from such an unprofessional “Estate Agency”.. I lost time but you lost quite a lot of money. That's what you deserve!!!

31st Jul 2024 (18 weeks ago)Our overall experience with Bettermove is one of disappointment. They sold a model whereby they would market our property to their pool of investors. Essentially they put our house on Rightmove for a slightly higher price then they said they would pay us and left it there. I had to chase for updates and when they responded it was to say that their investors thought the price was an issue! So why didnt you speak to us about that and say what we thought to reducing. I dont actually think they've got investors, just people who want a cash purchase in certain areas. Fortunately we didn't pay Bettermove any money for their services and we ended the contract as soon as we could

5th Jul 2024 (22 weeks ago)BE VERY CAREFUL!!! Once these lot have your deposit they ignore you. We agreed to buy a buy to let from these and went through the mortgage application with our own agent. We then found out they had overvalued thr property by a fair amount, not allowing us to get a mortgage. We were then told we had to use their mortgage person, which cost us another £300 but we had no option. They also could not get us a mortgage because the value was less than 50k. Upon telling these lot, they are now ignoring our calls, you can't speak to the refund team as only on email, no managers have phones and they won't give us our deposit back even though it states we are entitled to it back for following their stipulations. I'm no being ignored by the salesman Jack and no one will return emails etc. I will be taking this to the Ombudsman too, to highlight this appalling service and blatant overvalued to gain mortgage applicants. They had the same listing on their site for £52,500 and £46,000. We found this after we had agreed a price. So be very careful not to deal with these people. They are rude and have total lack of customer service once they have your deposit. Zero stars from me!!!
