Pretty much outstanding from start to finish. Expert, transparent, honest, professional and friendly advice and service throughout. Extremely efficient and sound insight on all aspects from income prediction and timescales - all spot on - through to what was required. It’s fair to say that Rob at Gowland White won on every parameter compared to other (still good) options considered. He is genuinely expert, warm, interesting and open about all elements. The ongoing support, steers and both proactive and responsive service are exceptional. If defining value as price + quality then Rob and Gowland White would win on both and combined! Genuine pleasure to work with and couldn’t be a more easy and frictionless process. Seriously impressed and delighted to be working with them.

Rob Hopkins, the Lettings Manager, fully understood the sorts of tenants I needed for my property. He was scrupulous in his vetting and chose brilliantly.

Rob and his team at Gowland White were nothing short of incredible - during the transition in to our new home.
Having fallen in love with the newly built property - they could not have acted more swiftly in communicating and doing the leg work to get us in. Having identified our requirements and understanding our time frame, they worked tirelessly to ensure we didn't miss the mark on anything. Nothing was too much trouble for them - and we cannot thank them enough. A special shout out to Jodene too, who was involved in the initial set up.
We would highly recommend these agents and appreciate their support in the next chapter of our lives.

No one could have been in a more vulnerable position than I was last year, when I became a landlord. Being inexperienced and living miles away, it was no surprise that I was very stressed and feeling bewildered. Not knowing anyone in the area, I had to rely on good reviews in choosing my letting agent. Now a year on, I am writing this review, motivated by wanting to help others who may be equally looking to hear about users' experience.
I am glad that I chose Gowland White. Their lettings manager Rob and his team have been superb in providing me with an excellent service. During the early pre-rental period there were many things that had to be attended to with the property. Because of my away location I had to rely on Rob and his team to sort out the issues for me. Soon everything was sorted in an efficient manner, the most stress free start that any landlord could have wished for. Similarly, because of the distance handicap, communication can only be by telephone calls and email. Again, Rob and his team have been fabulous with this, both in providing me with timely reports and also in dealing with my queries and messages promptly. Thank you Rob and team.
