From the very beginning we knew that they were the right Estate Agents for us. They are knowledgeable about property, the area, advertising and the whole conveyancing process. As soon as the house was advertised we had viewings and offers. We immediately felt they were doing a great job for us and they have been friendly and supportive throughout. Thank you for all your hard work.- 5th Dec 2024 (21 weeks ago)Superb. Sacked first agents amd went to Miller. They have been superb and gone above and beyond in every way. Highly recommended.
4th Apr 2025 (26 days ago)First Class Service! Mica and her colleagues provided a highly professional and practical service from our first property visit to the date of our move. They are as good as it gets and we have a number of previous moves under our belts to compare them with. I have no hesitation in recommending Fulfords Tavistock office to anyone contemplating a move.

15th Mar 2025 (7 weeks ago)Howard Douglas Lettings have recently organised a Tenant Find Service for a property in Buckfastleigh. Kate has managed everything from start to finish. The service was impeccable and Kate was really lovely to deal with. I have used other Lettings Agents before for the same property, but none have matched this level of service. 100% recommended and very reasonable cost wise.
22nd Apr 2025 (8 days ago)Recently exchanged on my Property with completion 7days from now…I only instructed Knight Frank in early January and anticipated period of the usual frustrations that go with ‘The Territory’ I was and am delighted that the stage I am at this early! Obviously you need The Property Gods to be in your Team and I feel that initially was the case however when turbulence occur as they Always do then the Professionalism of Agency is truly tested and in this regard KF we’re not found wanting! Their structure of Operation..the Personnel within that structure..Communication Skills…Proactive and Positive attitude..all in great supply when needed most.To Louise and her team at Exeter thank you..well done!!! A special thank you to Rachel Hancock out of Bristol who ‘Took on’ my House and in effect Nursed it from cradle to grave and drove forward any obstacle with great skill and determination. 18th Nov 2023 (1 year ago)Avoid wether buying or selling! Wanted to buy and had offer accepted on a property with stipulation to remove from market before I'd proceed. After many weeks the property was still listed on the market but agents started demanding I proceed anyway, they even contacted my solicitor & lied saying I'd said to proceed. I made a fresh offer emphasising my stipulation to remove from market but they refused to put it forward to the vendor. Obviously the sale is not going ahead now. Very poor communication, no single point of contact, always a different employee emailing, cold, aggressive, rude and overall very confusing.
18th Jan 2024 (1 year ago)Absolutely awful start to finish. Agent valued the property wrong, wouldn't answer emails, didn't pass on an offer, and messed up the paperwork almost costing the sale. Never experienced such a terrible agency in 30 years and having bought/sold dozens of properties
6th Mar 2025 (8 weeks ago)Mansbridge Balment Okehampton Estate Agents I would be profoundly disappointed if I had entrusted this estate agent with the responsibility of marketing my property. I have personally reached out to them on two separate occasions to express my interest in properties they are actively marketing, both through Rightmove and directly through their own website, providing all the requested information. Regrettably, I have consistently been ignored. No one from the office has contacted me to follow up or schedule a viewing. It is imperative for property vendors to be aware that Mansbridge Balment does not prioritise their best interests. I strongly recommend that they consider hiring another agent who will provide the necessary support and attention. This conduct is highly unprofessional and disrespectful to their clients and potential purchasers.

I feel sorry for the property owners who are selling through them. I will not be buying through them that's for sure. Stay away property sellers.
