Abode - Tavistock

86-87 West Street, Tavistock

I regularly check out your Property availability. When we were in Tavistock Before Christmas we were impressed how your Shop window T.V shows Video footage of most of your properties even when you are closed. We stood outside looking for ages after eating out. (very innovative ideas. ) and on you tube it makes viewing the inside of properties easy and enjoyable. I live away from Tavistock, and don't have to drive down to view, I can sit at Home in comfort and look. Thanks

Mansbridge Balment - Yelverton

The Roundabout Yelverton

Our house had been on the market for many months with another local agent and getting no where. Mansbridge took on the sale of the property about 5 months ago and from the moment they took on the property, things began to happen. The Brochure presented to us of the property was first class - lots of lovely photos and all presented in a professional way. We were offered the chance to have an ariel photo taken of the house - this worked very well and showed the property at its best. Plenty of viewings took place over a period of many weeks, feedback was given each time to us which was great. When Purchasers were found, the period running up to completion went smoothly with Lynn managing it. We left everything up to the experts and completion took place. Would recommend them highly.

Stags - Plymouth

34-36 North Hill, Plymouth

We would like to go on record to express our thanks and appreciation for all the professionalism, guidance and good humour of Hugh Niven, at Stags Estate Agents in Plymouth, whilst we negotiated the purchase of our dream home in Cornwall. Whilst it was not without its difficulties, and tricky moments, he steered us calmly (at least on the surface!) through it all to a happy conclusion.

Martin Kettle

The Ladies and Gents at Stags Plymouth have been absolutely fabulous during the sale of our smallholding and cottage complex. It is a stressful experience moving home and even worse when selling a business to boot. Not only did Stags ace the major job of getting what I consider to be the best price possible for the property but they also got the little things right like returning calls, organising viewings and photographers and keeping on top of the conveyancing process. I am a picky person and I thought they did a spot on job. Thank you all. M&S.

GetAgent makes finding an estate agent easier.

Very helpful in arranging for 3 agents to come around and put their pitch for marketing our property. Having them as an intermediary made the process...

A very good comparison website

A very good comparison website for checking local estate agencies. We used it to check who have sold the most in our area and the results were very useful to us.

Danielle

Easy to use.

Very quick service, within an hour I had my valuation set up with 2 different companies. Saves time as well as you don't need to trawl the internet.

Mrs susan fletcher

It really helped my decision making

There are so many estate agents to choose from but they provided details with the numbers of houses each had sold in my area and which had achieved the asking price which I found most helpful

Mrs Heather Marshall

Choose the right agent for your house.

An amazingly easy way to choose your estate agent with total confidence. I did and among the many found the right one for my house. Speedy, responsive, considerate and effective. Thank you.

Ms Jean Bywater

Quick and straightforward

Good easy to understand info. They even got the agents to contact me, so I didn't need to chase them.
