Avoid wether buying or selling! Wanted to buy and had offer accepted on a property with stipulation to remove from market before I'd proceed. After many weeks the property was still listed on the market but agents started demanding I proceed anyway, they even contacted my solicitor & lied saying I'd said to proceed. I made a fresh offer emphasising my stipulation to remove from market but they refused to put it forward to the vendor. Obviously the sale is not going ahead now. Very poor communication, no single point of contact, always a different employee emailing, cold, aggressive, rude and overall very confusing.... Read more

This is the second time we have used the Yelverton branch of Mansbridge & Balment, for a house sale and purchase. Sadly on the most recent occasion, due to the economic climate the sale and purchase took much longer. However the entire sales team, kept us focused and were friendly and positive throughout I quote “the journey” The team were always friendly, courteous and supportive, in reality they became like good friends. We have ultimately ended up in the house where our heart was set a year ago and cannot Thank the team enough. Our house had been on the market for many months with another local agent and getting no where. Mansbridge took on the sale of the property about 5 months ago and from the moment they took on the property, things began to happen. The Brochure presented to us of the property was first class - lots of lovely photos and all presented in a professional way. We were offered the chance to have an ariel photo taken of the house - this worked very well and showed the property at its best. Plenty of viewings took place over a period of many weeks, feedback was given each time to us which was great. When Purchasers were found, the period running up to completion went smoothly with Lynn managing it. We left everything up to the experts and completion took place. Would recommend them highly....
