I recently went through the process of renting a flat and it was a dream working with KFH vs other competing agents. I specifically worked with Randall, who went above and beyond to make this as easy of a process as possible, and was immediate and prompt in responding to questions. I would definitely recommend working with this team and would use them again if I were to move house again.

Very happy with the professional service I received in renting my flat in NW3. Jonathan is an excellent agent - he is experienced so knows his ropes. Sees the whole picture - doesn't rush but waits till all the pieces of the puzzle is in place, which ends up all parties involved not wasting time or making rash decisions. Wise I guess is the word.

Zurenu Surendrakumar, Adam Cohen and the KFH Belsize Park team were very helpful throughout our entire property purchase process. We saw multiple properties with them and they offered great advice on the market and the buying process.
Upon submitting our offer, Zurenu was kind enough to arrange access to the flat prior to exchange on more than one occasion so we could speak with tradespeople about the work we planned to undertake.
Zurenu was always quick to respond to emails and facilitated requests throughout conveyancing.
We are very grateful to them for making the process so smooth and connecting us with all the right people to complete the various legal processes.
