We used Knight Frank to sell our 2 bed flat in Belsize Park. Dylan was our main contact and he was incredibly professional, friendly and helpful. He guided us through every step of the process (which included smoothing over several bumps in the road). We got an excellent price on our flat and the timeline of selling/purchasing worked well.
Dylan kept us updated regularly via WhatsApp and in person. As soon as the property was listed, the team booked in plenty of viewings and we quickly received offers. They were very considerate of our family schedule which was much appreciated. A special mention to Ony as well - he was also professional and friendly.

Here is our not very happy experience working with these guys. We rented an apartment with this agency. All rental payments were handled by the agency. We’ve moved out of the rented apartment on 17 of August. BUT we have not received back the extra money we paid to the agency (there was a standing order setup which transferred the full monthly amount on the 1st of August) AND we have not received our deposit back, even though the landlord had asked them to release it almost a week ago. Today is 10th September, almost a month passed since we moved out. Everything has been agreed with the landlord, however, the agency keeps ignoring our emails where we kindly ask to return our money.
This has been a terrible experience and I would not recommend anyone using this letting agency.

We are so pleased that we chose Knight Frank in Englands Lane to sell my late mother’s lovely large house in Belsize Park. The house was in need of need of a lot of refurbishment work doing to it and so we needed a very particular type of buyer.
Orly and Poppy turned out to be the ideal team to market and eventually find the right buyer for this property. From the start they were friendly and honestly forthright because they know the market in the area very well. They told us from the start that the house market is difficult at the moment and it would take about a year to sell. This was correct - to the month! We were kept up to date about the progress of who was visiting and received regular feedback either by email, phone or when we went into the office for a chat. First need to qualify this comment by saying that we have tried most of the major estate agencies in NW London over the past 15 years. Mark Proctor and his sales team are without question the most consistently professional, courteous and effective team in the area. They will work with you patiently and strategically over the long haul, rather than going for the quick sale with bad information or misleading valuations. You can learn this lesson the hard way, as we did, over many years and with much trial and error, or you can save yourself the trouble and just go with the best.

The opening of this agency has changed the game for real estate in Belsize Park. The office is slick, and has service to match: professional, no-nonsense and raises the bar for estate agencies in the neighbourhood. Chanel Rodriguez who manages the team at this location is a pleasure to work with and I have no doubt that she will grow this office. Definitely an agency I'll recommend moving forward and hope to deal with them for years to come.
