Ayoub couldn’t have done more to help us. He ensured we got to view the property that my daughter is about to rent, despite having to travel to the property twice. It has been an absolute pleasure dealing with Deana throughout the purchase and sale of our properties. Her communication, knowledge and professionalism from valuation to exchange has been excellent. I can't recommend Siobhan and the team at KFH Sydenham enough, we had a really positive experience from start to finish. It was valued and everything arranged to get it up on the market really quickly. The photos were very professional and showed our property in its best light. They immediately had lots of viewings arranged with prospective buyers and we secured a buyer very quickly. There were numerous times throughout the sale process where Siobhan stepped in to guide us through keeping things on track. If it wasn't for Siobhan's prompting at a key point we likely would not have been able to complete on our desired date. Thanks very much to the entire team for all their hard work

I had a really good experience when visiting a property to rent in the area of Clapham. Unfortunately i didn’t manage to get it however Rommel was very helpful and answered all the questions I had. He made me feel comfortable when visiting and helped me visualise the property as me living in it. I would definitely recommend Rommel and KFH for anyone looking for a place to rent.
