I have just agreed a let on my flat and have used KFH in north finchley. They have extremely helpful in finding new tenants ,I would definitely recommend other landlords to them .I would like to thank both Randall Nakadio and Maria mortzi In particular for helping me at every stage of the process. They have have definitely gone the extra mile for me ,and have made a very easy process,very professional and helpful in every way .I have already recommend them to other property owners who I know .

Having just exchanged on our flat through KFH Battersea Park, we cannot thank Giulia enough for everything she has done.<br><br>From day one, she has been absolutely exceptional. Her communication was second to none, keeping us updated almost constantly and always making sure we knew exactly where things stood. She was incredibly proactive, relentlessly chasing all parties involved and consistently going over and above to keep our sale progressing, particularly when things became more challenging.<br><br>Giulia’s professionalism, dedication and genuine commitment made what could have been a very stressful process so much easier. After months of mismanagement, overcharging, and broken promises, KFH have now gone one step further — quietly deducting unauthorised fees after confirming in writing that no further charges would be made.
They re-labelled their management fee as a “4% rent collection fee” for November, despite acknowledging their management role had ceased, and added new “Rent & Legal Protection” charges we never agreed to. These deductions were made after we had made clear in writing that no further fees were to be taken.
Although earlier management fees were finally refunded, KFH continue to act in bad faith by introducing new, invented costs. Their conduct has been deceptive, contradictory, and utterly unprofessional.
We will continue to post updates until all unauthorised charges have been refunded.

I sold my property with this Agent and they were brilliant throughout, Sails who was the negotiator was on the case at all times, chasing with surveys, communicating with the buyer and vendor . Just made the sale a lot less stressful. Would definitely recommend them.

So pleased with KFH Bayswater team as they sold my property within 3 months! Paul the manager is extremely knowledgeable of the market and local area demands.
