We were pleased to get our flat on the market with KFH. Joel was the main driver of that with his can-do attitude and excitement/ love for our property. He kept good conversation and updates throughout and really helped keep momentum on the move. We felt we were in good hands with him!

After months of mismanagement, overcharging, and broken promises, KFH have now gone one step further — quietly deducting unauthorised fees after confirming in writing that no further charges would be made.
They re-labelled their management fee as a “4% rent collection fee” for November, despite acknowledging their management role had ceased, and added new “Rent & Legal Protection” charges we never agreed to. These deductions were made after we had made clear in writing that no further fees were to be taken.
Although earlier management fees were finally refunded, KFH continue to act in bad faith by introducing new, invented costs. Their conduct has been deceptive, contradictory, and utterly unprofessional.
We will continue to post updates until all unauthorised charges have been refunded.

I can not thank Rita and Joe from KFH enough for their fantastic service.<br>From start to finish nothing was too much trouble, with excellent communication throughout. I was kept up to date with every step of the sale.<br>A really personal service and they have both made the whole process so easy and stress free.<br>Would highly recommend

So pleased with KFH Bayswater team as they sold my property within 3 months! Paul the manager is extremely knowledgeable of the market and local area demands.
