We were extremely impressed by Phil and his team at Marsh and Parsons Barnes, who inspired us with confidence and a personal touch to win our business after
a terrible experience and 3 months wasted with another local estate agent (beginning with S), selling our leasehold flat.
After having exchanged contracts today, we know 100% that we made the right choice. Phil and Camilla (and their whole team) really went above and beyond during the entire process, starting with smart marketing advice and candid observations about the market early on, skilled negotiation strategy during the offers stage, and then tirelessly pushing and liaising with both ends of the chain throughout the contracting stage.
We were brilliantly taken care of throughout the process, with prompt and detailed communications, and we really had the feeling that we had chosen an agent who was working for us, with a genuine sense that every sale was important to them – whether a small leasehold flat or 5 bedroom mansion. I can not express how Callum was helpful and caring for me and my partner. He was extremely patient and understanding with every of our issues and concerns. We were pretty stressful to find our new dream flat (as we decided to live together very first time we wanted to have a perfect flat that we both love it) and he helped us to made this dream come true (time will tell also haha). He’s got that gift that every of our worries disappeared once we contacted with him. I was dealing with a few estate agencies so far but never found as professional person as Callum. I wish that every estate agency would have employees like him, everyone’s life would be easier.
