We rented a property while we were doing building works and everything was just perfect!
They negotiated a short term let for us, all was done very efficiently. The ladies were very sweet and a pleasure to deal with. And we got our deposit only days after we left. Lovely family business! I truly Recommend them

I've rented two properties from Chris Peskitt and his team and both times have received an excellent service. My daughter and I have loved both properties and feel well looked after should there be any issues - which is hugely important to me! The managing agent team are professional, responsive, friendly and also work with brilliant third parties for any work needed. Highly recommend Apparent Properties!

I have used Apparent for a number of years for property rental and the experience has been fantastic. All members of the team are very professional, quick, helpful and friendly, they have managed marketing to contract agreements within a matter of days. It is nice to work with an agency that listen to what their clients want and then act on it. Would highly recommend

Chris and his team at Apparent are excellent. We completed a purchase through Apparent in 2020 (mid lockdown and a sale out of probate, so not straight forward) and they were great. We are also renting through Apparent in Barnes for 2021/2 whilst we renovate our new house. Chris is very approachable and sensible and, as a Barnes resident, he has first class knowledge of the area and the market. They also offer good value for money.

We had a very sad outcome of our rental agreement. We viewed the property, put down our offer, which had been accepted by the landlord. All checks went through and Isabel Lopes-White written agreement had been arranged move in date. 12 days before moving in (3days before the previously arranged move in time) they started to ask more questions (Despite already agreed on price) and felt very discriminative. She than sadly write an email letting us know the Landlord has breached the deal. Not a phone call to explain why. When I called she admitted only answered for my call as she thought I am an other client (naming her not caring personal data protection). Very unprofessional handling and guess what, it's shows on their website let agreed.
Do not waste your time with them, wishing them close down coming fast. Go to James Anderson or Chestertons you will receive much more professional experience and where the agent is there for you not closing an other deal behind your back.
