We have used them for twelve years, for a sale, and as Managing Agents for a let, and in all that time they have never put a single foot wrong. They could teach most high street estate agents a lesson in efficiency and consideration. Terrible Experience – Avoid at All Costs! I had very disappointing experience with Jonathan Garcia at this letting agency. From the start, they were deceptive and misleading, making promises they never intended to keep. They advertised properties under false pretenses, claiming certain amenities or pet-friendly policies that turned out to be untrue. We had a very sad outcome of our rental agreement. We viewed the property, put down our offer, which had been accepted by the landlord. All checks went through and Isabel Lopes-White written agreement had been arranged move in date. 12 days before moving in (3days before the previously arranged move in time) they started to ask more questions (Despite already agreed on price) and felt very discriminative. She than sadly write an email letting us know the Landlord has breached the deal. Not a phone call to explain why. When I called she admitted only answered for my call as she thought I am an other client (naming her not caring personal data protection). Very unprofessional handling and guess what, it's shows on their website let agreed. Do not waste your time with them, wishing them close down coming fast. Go to James Anderson or Chestertons you will receive much more professional experience and where the agent is there for you not closing an other deal behind your back.... Read more
