Struggled to get the floor plans right. Quality of photos poor / average and did not sell the property very well.
Three viewings "arranged " that never happened, with little or no explanation of the no shows. We wasted time preparing for all 3 viewings - this is heart breaking.
One of the agents claimed not to remember talking to us only 2 days before.
Obsessed with webviews, internet etc, but didnt effectively market / sell the property for us.
Stuck with them for the 20 weeks exclusivity they demanded, and feel they failed us badly.

Renting a property for 3.5 years, chasing a roof repair resulting in black mould and wet walls for 18 months. They sent an eviction notice because I questioned the owners competence

Monthly inspections and not for good reason, gave a no fault notice proving I did nothing wrong tried keeping part of my deposit when I left the property in a better state than a found it terrible agency and people need to know.

Pleasant staff, but not familiar with our area, so misjudged the valuation, resulting in just one viewing in 6 months, house did not fit their requirements. Also poor communication. Changed agents, full asking price offer in 4 weeks

You are in a 20 week contract with them. Also you need to check other agent's out,find best one for you. Most experienced agent. Local, know the market. If have a viewing, they should keep you in the informed. You tell them what you want from selling your house.
