A brilliant find. After being recommended to pure estate agent by a good friend and rental investor, I was delighted to meet the team who where so easy to deal with, full of knowledge and genuinely always go the extra mile. They managed to find me a good tenant within 24 hours from showing them the property,By far the most effective agency i have ever used and i will continue to go back to them .The best tenants like dealing with them also, as pure estate understand how to handle people and don't just treat each let as a transaction or a fee, I believe they care about matching the right home to the right people. Guys please don't bother saying email me directly, because we both know that doesn't work as emails are usually ignored by you. I am still seeking my deposit, you have failed to secure deposit or return it, God only knows how many others you have done this to. It's ironic that the good comments or 5 star reviews say you are professional and great but nothing great in particular except from cheating. Those who have worked for the company leaving customer review is obviously biased and they have not been at the receiving end of the dishonesty.... Read more

Unfortunately couldn’t not recommend these estate agents more. Had a signed tenancy agreement by both parties (tenant and agent on behalf of landlord) which was Mohammad Shahbaz, only to be informed a day after the proposed move in date that the landlord won’t be renting his flat out after 4 weeks of having confirmation and then a signed tenancy agreement on the 23/09/23 by both parties. Mr Mohammad then tried to inform me that nothing can be done legally as no keys were exchanged which is completely false, and to say he claims he’s been in the business for 15 years is hilarious. A signed tenancy agreement is a legally binding contract that needs to be legally upheld which is the agents responsibility to ensure this happens. Mr Mohammad attempted to take himself out of the situation and blame it on the landlord solely, which granted is the main person to blame but I believe they allowed other offers (higher than the advertised price) and attempted to terminate this tenancy agreement to get a higher paying tenant. This has wasted 4 weeks of our time, in a rental crisis has caused him to be homeless as he had given notice to his current abode. Wouldn’t suggest anybody uses their services as they’re a bunch of unprofessional idiots to put it as nice as possible. The landlord and pure estates/hotspot property group ltd think this is okay but I will be making sure they know they can’t do this by taking them through the property ombudsman and see what they think about the situation.... Those allegations below are pathetic. Do not be put off by those false allegations which are flawed. I have personally worked with Pure Estates and it’s like no other place that I have visited. They treated me like their own, not knowing who I was. Pure Estates…Well where should I begin really. Kind. Helpful. Compassionate. The Staff are incredible. I have no words for them. We rented from Pure Estates for year and a half. The only reason we left was because my husband's job transferred him to another location during the Covid-19 pandemic. All of the staff at Pure Estates were professional and friendly, and the property was well-managed by Adnan Gauri. We were able to view the property/room straight away. They processed our tenancy agreement quickly, and the completion of documents ran smoothly. Pure Estates provided excellent customer service in addressing all our enquiries regarding maintenance or repairs etc. Adnan was always quick to respond to our texts and emails regarding our queries. He was consistent in following-through, ensuring that any work that was completed adhered to safety regulations, and was completed in a timely manner. You have to give credit where its due and I wished I had dealt with Pure estates time ago, I have dealt with so many other agencies but Pure Estates top the list, you can see the professionals coming from far away, I have only dealt with Pure Estates over 2 years now and everything has gone so smoothly, no issues at all, everything is done accordingly, emails and phone calls are always returned within 24hours, I have only really spoken to Adnan and Saadia and they have always been very kind and helpful, I wished I had given them my property time ago, I strongly advice that you can close your eyes and leave everything in their capable hands of Pure Estates, Thank you so much guys for everything you have done so far and look forward to working with you again, Thanks, one happy landlord, Shabba... Do not use these guys, they managed a property for a friend of mine. Little did he know they gave out 2 tenancies , 1 to the landlord and 1 to the tenant. They both had diffrent rents listed on them. Basically they were stealing rent for 2 years as neither party met. They only found out once we went to the property and asked the tenants who bought up a diffrent copy of the tenancy with a diffrent rent amount. Despite being confronted they still wanted there fee for finding the tenants. Run by a bunch of family jokers who have no idea about property despite having a shop front. Family members than do these positive reviews to show what nice people they are. The main culprit is adnan ghauri who the owner is more crooked than his staff and hides behind ..what a joke.do not use these cowboys. Just to add they than write there responces to reviews such as who are you and what property is invloved. Avoid these d.bags if you are a landlord. They tried to charge me for a ventilator which they did not install. Earned over £400 commission per month when they agreed early on that they increase what i would receive once the flat was occupied. the receptionist tried to call the police when i went to collect the keys two days AFTER they should have given to me. Showed absolutely no respect for my elderly mum who was locked out by the receptionist. Her defense was she was only following orders from the management which i understood( her following orders). The management knows my parents for over 10 years and for them to treat her so shabbily is beyond me. I got the flat in real mess, i have not asked for the deposit for the repairment i wanted them out of my life asap. Don’t be fooled by their “marshallah” and “inshallah”. As with all 4 or 5 reviews, take 4 or 5 stars reviews on this page with a pinch of salt.... Read more

After years of different letting agents...and not sticking to them for longer than 6 months, i came across Pure Estates. 5 years on and I still recieve the same professional service as day 1. Adnan, Saadia, Bik, Salman, Ahmer are a friendly, organized, hardworking bunch and between them I have not had a worry regarding maintenance, rent, paperwork for any of my properties. No job is too big or small for them eventhough I know I am a difficult landlord! I am a happy landlord and regularly recommend Pure Estates to other landlords and renters. Most disgusting people I have ever dealt with, they enjoy exploiting and extorting low income families. House conditions are very bad with mice and vermin but have never ever sent pest control or anything. One window has been cracked ever since I have moved in and they never changed it. Bick, Salman, Adnan and also Sadia seem to be like good people at first but they are the biggest criminals I have ever come across especially Sadia who is the most disgusting person I have ever met, would rather the house catching fire then you trying to avert the situation in the person. The people managing this estate agent are CROOKS! The worst ever estate agent I have ever come across. Zero Star! Trading standards should be called and the financial services authority should also be informed. They take advantage of vulnerable old/disabled people by messing them around with their deposit. I'd give no stars if I could. These people handle my property very unprofessionally. They work with landlords that illegally convert properties and the conditions of living are appalling. They refuse to do anything about it. They leave a family with two young children living with mice, damp, mould, completely unsafe gas and plumbing and improper fire proofing.
