It is well known that Benham & Reeves are a well trusted agency, I know that cause my father also knows them and has been in business with them. However, I had few issues with slowness of communication, sometimes not getting an email response and even one very bad encounter which I had to raise an official complaint about via email; however, the response to the complaint was very quick and everything was sorted that same day which made me satisfied. They have been professional but a little difficult to deal with at the same time. We have gotten a pretty great apartment and a lot of administrative support from Thuraya . But we have faced too many issues with delayed communication and multiple follow ups. It is definitely a well-trusted agency but hunting an apartment in London from overseas we were constantly paranoid and anxious as we didn't even an in-person viewing or a virtual viewing. We would highly recommend the agency as they have variety of choices but at the same time the response and communication can be pretty slow.... Read more
