Unresponsive and unable to deal with any issue. Would avoid at all costs. Had a horrible experience with the property manager who would not addresss the serious maintenance issues of the flat, was unable to coordinate contractors, forgot about ongoing issues when we would follow up and get confused with basic maths. I don’t see any reason why a landlord or a tenant would choose them.... Read more

I am glad that I appointed Benham & Reeves (B&R) as lettings and managing agents when the previous tenancy of my flat ended in March 2023. It has been such a bliss to work with the B&R Team in particular with Deimante. There are a few individuals that provided beyond excellent service @Deimante @Anne-Marie @Rosie and it has been an absolute pleasure to interact with. They have extended a very professional and helpful approach at any given time. However, the apartment was very dirty upon arrival and had many features which weren't working (The toilet was clogged upon arrival and took three weeks to get taken care of + one of the hubs on the stove does not work although I've been living in the flat for two months). I do wish that maintenance would be given a higher priority.... Read more

The letting and renewal processes have been managed very smoothly; furthermore the property managers are always available on providing prompt support and answering to any question or solving any issue. B&R let and manage the property where I live and they have consistently provided an exceptional service throughout the let. The initial search, negotiation and letting process was smooth and very professional as were subsequent rental contract renewals. However, the stand out factor at B&R is their property manager Athina Yiasoumi who has been outstanding in helping me resolve issues as a tenant. She is friendly, approachable but also a consummate professional who will work on whatever problem I've asked her help with, with a single-minded focus that is unfortunately rare in this industry. I've dealt with lots of property managers in the past and I can confidently recommend her as one of the very best. Most recently she's assisted in resolving a case of unfairly issued parking tickets and despite many hurdles she managed to convince the parking company to drop the charges. What a star!...
