Quick turnaround on calls and messages and they worked hard to bring the flat to market as quickly as possible and to show it to a large number of prospective tenants. Don't use this Agency. My friends and I were looking for a property to rent and had the misfortune of dealing with 88 Estate Agency Ltd. From the onset we just weren't convinced of their honesty and sincerity. Their demands of our Identification were ridiculous. They even demanded our guarantors provide their property Deed Papers. We used a bigger well known agency who didn't ask our guarantors to provide property Deed papers. My advice to anyone using this agency is to avoid them, there are so many better agents then them. As you can see from the testimonials on their page they had their webdesigner give them a commendation. Says it all doesn't it. After reading this review they'll probably write a better review themselves or get family and friends to do some JOKERS... Read more
