Wow, absolutely amazing team. I was selling a property for the first time and Dean did not disappoint, from the very first time I met him he was super helpful and during the selling process he continuously provided updates to myself and the buyer. I was also recommended the inhouse mortgage advisor, Adam, who did not disappoint, always working with me to find the perfect and most suitable deal. One thing that stood out about Dean & Adam was that they never needed to brag about how good they are, their work did the speaking. Abbotts are really a one stop shop for all purchasing/buying needs, I highly recommend.

Absolutely outraged by the check out service provided here. No deposit or communication received, 5 weeks after leaving property. I would steer clear of this company as the process of receiving your deposit back are non existent. The communication is so poor, that they are breaching every clause of their contract. I had to put 1 star but it deserves -10 stars. I will be seeking legal advice so please ensure before you rent of these guys that check out other more ethical companies.

I have resenly rented a property in Chelmsford and I can honestly say that dealing with Abbotts has been first class, my agent was Jessica and from the first phone call I made to Abbotts was to Jessica a lovely young lady who is well on top of things with updates, information and keeping me in touch with what's happening and when, they even carry out follow up calls after you have moved in to check all is well.
I would totally recommend Abbotts to anyone looking to rent, friendly helpful service.

Adam Tanner is a true professional who puts the client first. He worked tirelessly to match me with a Mortgage that was best for me. He is detailed, patient and gives the client the true picture. Then again he is not just a Mortgage adviser but also a protection consultant. He would make sure the numbers add up so that when you get the mortgage , you also do not feel the strain.
