Love Your Postcode - Birmingham

86 Birmingham Street, Oldbury

Love Your Postcode have been absolutely fantastic to me as a tenant for many years and Whitgreave Street, B71 I have recently had my rental sold and they have gone out of there way to help me find a new property. I would strongly recommend this team to work with friendly and welcoming.

Sharon Taylor

Have recently brought in the Sandwell area with this company and I can say the service I received was appalling and I would definitely not recommend to anyone buying or selling, although I will say they are all about the sale so if your selling I suppose this may be good for you but customer service goes out the window. Bobby who I dealt with on many occasions was so rude to the point he told myself that I should be ashamed of myself and to go and look in the mirror to which I replied no your meant to be the professional here all because our solicitors made a human error. Overall the service I received was disgraceful and the amount of pressure I was put under was totally unacceptable. A colleague from the company even went as far as verbally abusing my solicitor via email. So no I would not and will never ever recommend this company and this issue has been taken further.

Henley Charles Estate Agents - Handsworth

306 Rookery Road, Handsworth, Birmingham

Recently sold a house in Handsworth Wood with Henley Charles I found there personal service approach refreshing, I was able to contact the staff after 6pm !! I would definitely recommend to friends and family without hesitation.

Simi Kaur

A very poor service. Wanted to view but they kept stating only one viewing available & it’s booked, latter realised that wasn’t the case and had to put so much effort in getting a viewing. They were reluctant in taking my offer and kept saying they got loads of offers. At the end when I was again constantly calling them the find out the outcome of my offer I was told it was sold! The bottom line was they were not interested in my offer from day dot. Would never recommend them & would never use them again!

My cousin first rented house from Dylan, he then got my brother in law a house, now he has got me a flat. Very good quality work from Dylan and always takes time to respond to me even late hour.

Paul Carr - Great Barr

306 Queslett Road, Great Barr

Lovely staff!!!

Andy McCoy

Paul Carr’nt stop lying...give a bad name to the industry. Told me house I was interested in was sold only for me to find it had gone on the market with another agent. Also told me my offer on another property was too low...a few months later I found out it had sold less than what I offered. When I confronted Paul Carr, they told me they had no record of my offer...even though I had emails and a letter confirming my offer. Liars.

Cottons Chartered Surveyors

Cavendish House, 359 - 361 Hagley Road, Edgbaston

I’m a landlord and would have no hesitation in recommending Cottons to both landlords and tenants. Over the last 10 years they have looked after my properties, found good tenants for me, and given me and my tenants good service through their maintenance department. Their lettings team is very experienced, with helpful staff who've been in the job for years. They know how to manage tenancies smoothly and effectively, for the benefit of landlords and tenants alike. For safe, compliant, and hassle-free lettings, you need to choose your agent carefully, and Cottons haven't let me down yet. They're good people to deal with! This is a genuine review, and I can be contacted through Cottons for verification.

First time I got there, Love Island was playing in the back. Need I say more.

Douglas Smartmove - Harborne

364-366 High Street, Harborne

The staff is excellent as they are always helpful and have a very good service. I recommend this everyone.

Yatan Jagota

Absolutely terrible customer service. I had the unpleasant experience of speaking with Ms 'Mary Overthrow' who when we called to find out whether a viewing was still arranged for that morning, was exceptionally rude and unprofessional in her tone and ability to give information correctly. Her attitude was 'she's only a little late, be patient'. There were two other families at the property who'd also stated that they were given other times to visit the property and were let down on those occasions also. The property itself was filthy - both outside and in. Unsurprising that the service below would be diabolical considering the attitude of the Managing Director was so careless and uninterested in good service and honesty. Please check out Samuel & Co for great properties and excellent customer service. We had a lovely experience with them and both the property and area were as described.
