Recently transferred my let property to Connells Great Barr lettings and haven't looked back! Cally in lettings has ensured the transition of the fully managed property has been smooth and efficent, from chasing and securing deposits, to ensuring all relevant documents from the previous agent had been obtained and ensuring the tenant has been kept up to date with the transition and rent being paid on time. I couldn't recommend these lot any more highly if you want to let your property out without any stress or hiccups!!... Read more

Worst estate agents ever lack of communication false promises lack of trust and even ignoring my phone calls and never returning calls when thay could be bothered to answer. complete joke had 5 phone calls off these cowboys in 7months so unprofessional reaily dnt know how thay still operate as a business.
