I cannot in good faith recommend this company from a lettings perspective. Perhaps it was just my landlord in particular, but it took many months to resolve a dispute regarding the deposit at the end of the tenancy following a 2.5 year lease, only for the majority of the disputed amount to be awarded back to myself by the deposit scheme via an adjudicator.

Landlords beware.
If you expect your rental income to be on time, forget it.
You'll eventually receive it from Adams but only when it's been sat in their office for a day or two and the arduous task of clicking a keyboard has been undertaken.
They're either lazy, incompetent or both.

I am in the process of purchasing a property with Adams. It was easy to get a viewing with them and the agent who showed me round (didn't catch her name) was lovely and very positive about the property, showing me the key features, without pushing for a sale. Claire was very fast at responding to email queries and keeping me updated. Overall a smooth experience and I would consider using Adams to sell my property in the future.

Very dissatisfied with the agency. My boiler broke and I have been without heating for over 2 months now and it has yet to be repaired from them. It is absolutely ridiculous and the people I have been in touch with are not respectful to me either, they have quite the attitude especially over email. And my growing frustration is valid because it is a basic human right to be able to have heating in your apartment.

The whole team work so incredibly to manage them so so well in the 10 years I’ve been with them, I can’t fault them. We have a fantastic working relationship and the two ladies I deal with in Leah and Tracy are just fantastic to work with. If I have any queries or anything I need to ask them they always respond to my calls and emails and it’s always an absolute pleasure to work with them, they are so warm, friendly and understanding. Completely inflexible timings for viewings. Have left work midday multiple times for viewings only to never get callbacks regarding whether I can leave a deposit or not (have called 5 times in a week only to hear "we'll leave a note").

We receive statements and annual spreadsheets for tax purposes promptly, providing suggestions on managing rental income from the tenant.
The team make it a breeze owning a Let; maintenance on the property and all safety checks are managed on our behalf and make the payments easy through their accounting system

Utterly Useless. I think you would need to try to be this incompetent. So to start off, we have a huge damp patch on the rear wall of the house we found out this was coming from outside (On the landlords request they asked for someone to come out and check it out to make sure it wont be affecting our health, it took me 6 times over a span of about 4 months of asking before i moved out and the issue still hadn't been looked at. Upon moving out i was first told i couldn't get my deposit back because of rent arrears ( This turned out to be because who ever was dealing with my move-out hadn't told anyone so i was technically still living there according to them, even tho id moved out by then) And now a whole 2 MONTHS after moving out of the property i've just had a call asking if i would like to renew my tenancy at the old house!! .. I simply don't understand how a place can run so badly. i would never use Adams again nor advise anyone to use them.
They simple got a 2 star because the Staff are very friendly but utterly useless it seems.
