I was very lucky to have Addison Giles as my property agent, or should I say Natasha. She was extremely helpful from day one. After looking for multiple properties with other agents who would not even respond for take days, we had given hopes, but finally we managed to secure one with the help of Natasha at Addison Giles. She was very professional, helpful, easy to communicate and responsive . The entire process went very smooth and quick, which is what we were hoping for. Natasha made sure that the property was professionally cleaned and had everything ready beforehand so there was really not much we had to do. She even helped us suggest nearby free parking areas as the flat we rented did not have parking. She always made sure to return calls and answer all of our questions.
Overall we had a five star experience with Addison Giles and Natasha and we would recommend their services to everyone.

Very rude person and very unprofessional in his approach towards tenants.
He will lie at drop of a hat to convince you and then harass and abuse.
Very incompetent and won't repair things in the apartment for 4 motnhs. At the end of tenancy, Director will quote an inflated amount and abuse to get maximum money from the deposit.
He will be very nice at the beginning, but his true character will be shown when you decide to leave his services.

Addison Giles Estate completely works with integrity. They committed to their work and were equally committed to understanding my needs as a landlord. It is very refreshing to find an Estate agent that goes over and above to help the customer. They have restored my faith in estate agents.
We took ownership of our new flat for rental and within a very short time a tenant has moved in. From start to finish we were kept informed on all requirements to make sure the flat complied to standards. In addition, we had input on which tenant we wanted and we were reassured throughout on the legal aspect.

I would recommend any Landlord in and around Slough to first contact these guys, we used to use a well known, larger local agent, but the service level started deteriorating. So happy we made the change to Addison Giles.

After moving to the UK my first apartment was rented through Addison Giles and I've stayed with them for 1,5 year. They are professional and during that time I had no reason to complain.
Before moving out I've heard multiple stories about agencies that try to keep at least part of the deposit but with them, it was not the case.
If you're wondering which agency to choose - look no further, with them you're in good hands.

Loads of defects reported within first week and not sorted until moving out, agent assures you he'll refund your overpaid rent over a phone and then uses contract loopholes when it comes to do so... Honesty from the beginning would work much better. Use them only when really in need I guess.

we did not get to move in in time for uni because of the amount of useless information they needed of us. we applyed before for a more expensive house through a different agency and we had 10 times less info to give . For a student house expect to have to give them the following National Insurace numbers (ONLY GOD KNOWS WHY) bank accounts of guarantors(most likely for Direct Debit) + ID and Statements . its been a pain to apply for a house through them. Would not recommend to anyone. you will also have to take a day off to go and see em in person and sign documents after signing and online contract. Why? I don't know. 1/10 just disgusting. making your life hard for no reason.
