Avoid at all costs. Used them to rent my property and they gave my deposit back to the tenant while he was still living there as he couldn’t afford to pay his rent one month. When I complained they cancelled my contract and left me to deal with the mess. TOTALLY INCOMPETENT. AVOID AVOID AVOID!!!

RUDE and UNTRUSTWORTHY!

When we called them to see what happened with the refund of our deposit (after moving). A woman avoid answering to our question by phone and treat us in a very rude way. After weeks we are still waiting for them to process the deposit refund.

I definitely recommend using Andersons.
The service they provide is excellent. The staff are very welcoming and made us feel comfortable instantly. They are very professional, they keep you well informed and made every step easy for us.
If you are a first time buyer and anxious, there’s no need to worry, you are in safe hands.
