I would reccomend never rent any property from this estate agent. They never care what kind of living condition you have in the apartment even if the conditions are highly inconvenient. I have a issue pending with thwm to fix my water heater for 3 months. I was only left to followup with the plumbers who dont know how to fix the heater. Till today the issue is not fixed nor my refridgerator which spoils my food nor the pipe leakage which floods my kitchen which I reported. I guess they are waiting for me to leave the property so they can rent it to out to another tenant who doesnt know these problems in the apartment. Highly disappointed and frustrated for the high rent I pay for this property... Read more

Avoid at all costs. Used them to rent my property and they gave my deposit back to the tenant while he was still living there as he couldn’t afford to pay his rent one month. RUDE and UNTRUSTWORTHY! When we called them to see what happened with the refund of our deposit (after moving). A woman avoid answering to our question by phone and treat us in a very rude way. After weeks we are still waiting for them to process the deposit refund. Disappointed!... Read more

AVOID AVOID AVOID I saw a property from anderson online and emailed them 4 times waiting or a reply. I had to call since they did not get back to me and they finally picked up. When they did answer, a very rude man answered and simply said that i had to pay £500, but didnt tell me for what, and then when i asked if the company is legit (since they hadnt got back to me for ages & ) and the guy said that they didnt want to offer me a flat because of my question, when i asked why this person was being so disrespectful, he simply told me, were not giving you a flat, stop calling us. first time reaching out to anderson and i never ever want to try to rent with them ever....
