Have used Agent One 51 for many years now. They have found me great tenants over the years. They have also provided a friendly, flexible and very reasonably priced service. They have always listened to my concerns and acted upon them. I prefer dealing with independent agents rather than the larger corporate establishments who put up a front, but do not necessarily provide as good or as personal a service. I will continue to use Agent One51 and will continue to recommend them.... Read more

Ozan has always looked after my portfolio, they always source excellent tenants who are reliable and always pay rent promptly, I guess this is why they have an excellent reputation, happy tenants mean longer term tenants and hardly any void periods... Unfortunately, having read some positive reviews regarding this agent, I did not experience the same. On meeting to undertake a property valuation, Ozan failed to provide a professional and friendly service. When discussing another of our property’s account, I was met with an aggressive and defensive attitude, and despite attempts to placate and calm Ozan, he stormed out of the property, banging the door shut behind him. A word of caution also if you do use this estate agent for letting services- there can be a significant delay in receiving your rental income. Ensure you keep extra money in your account as Ozan has twice failed to transfer the tenants money to the Landlord’s account in an acceptable timeframe. Not ideal if you have a mortgage to pay!...
